Positiv: Lage sehr gut, Größe der Wohnung top, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar

Negativ: Wohnung sehr hellhörig, Schlafcouch quietscht extrem laut, sehr viel Geschirr da aber fast keine Gläser? Der Essbereich müsste erneuert werden, der Tisch wackelt und die Sessel auch.

Positiv: Everything was great, warm and cozy inside and incredible views outside on the old street of Vienna. Location is so comfortable for moving between popular facilities.

Negativ: We noticed some damages on walls and chairs. Maybe owners can fix that.

Perfect

Positiv: Great location, good facilities for cooking, tram is a few minute walk away straight into city centre. Host was very helpful with check in. A fantastic stay overall.

Good for the money paid

Positiv: Everything was as expected, or as I have read in other reviews. Yes, the couch in the living room made a lot of noise, the table and chairs were a bit 'loose'. We liked the size of the apartment, the location...it was clean, quiet, had its own heating plant. We found enough towels, extra blankets, dishwasher tablets etc.

Negativ: We didn t like the closing/opening system...and the fact that the contact person always wrote the messages in german, although I wrote them in english. I find it very unpolite...even the message containing the instructions about opening the doors was in german...I do not think that she couldn t have translated IT in english, with google translate. Why do I have to do it?

Airy bright apartment

Positiv: Very roomy and spacious. Location was good. Good connections to tram lines. Lots of light. Nice that there was a separate bathroom and toilet. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

Negativ: Just a spoonful of sugar, could have made our holiday sweeter. (a little bit of salt, sugar, washing powder)

Positiv: nice and roomy apartment in a quiet location yet close to the city. there’s a big super market close by which is nice and the tram and metro stops are near the apartment too.

Good location and great value for money! Friendly host

Positiv: Great location close to public transport and aroud 20 minute walk to the city centre. Clean and comfortable flat - the two bathrooms were a plus. It fits 4 people easily and it provides everything you need for a short stay.

Negativ: The bed in the livingroom wasn't that comfortable and made some noise when you move but it wasn't too anoying. Also the pillows would benefit from a change/having more.

Great place and value for money

Positiv: The location is good, close to public transport that gets you everywhere. You can also walk to the city centre is like a 15/20 minute walk. The property fits 4 people easly and the two bathrooms is a real plus.

Negativ: In our specific case we had a second stay after one day away and we had to call the host to get a new code to get into the flat. However it was a good surprise to see they had clean the flat.

Positiv: Good location,clean apartment,true to photo, supportive staff.

Negativ: Everything was perfect ❤️
