Positiv: Wir waren im April dort. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat 2 separate Schlafmöglichkeiten. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Weitgehend so wie in der Anhzeige versprochen

Positiv: Die gut gepflegte Wohnung liegt ruhig im 3.Stock mit Aufzug in einem alten Haus mit sehr schönem Treppenhaus, ca. 5° zu Fuß von der U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn. In 15-20° ist man im Stadtzentrum.

Negativ: Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nicht mit der Türcode-App öffnen. Wir mussten telefonieren und solange warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam und die Wohnung öffnete. Das Problem konnte er nicht beheben. Auch der in der Wohnung hinterlegte Transponder funktionierte nicht, so dass der Mitarbeiter uns seinen General-Transponder da lassen musste, mit dem wir dann problemlos immer rein kamen. Die Küchenausstattung ist OK bis auf die Möglichkeit morgens Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen: Die Nespressomaschine (welche Umweltsünde!) funktionierte nicht und es gab sonst nur einen trad.Espressobereiter aus Metall zum Aufsetzen auf die Herdplatte - keine Kanne, kein Filter, nix. Teetrinker müssen sich alles mitbringen. Die Geschirrspülmaschine ist auch defekt.

Good spot for a weekend

Positiv: Very sunny and spacious! Good location and easy access.

Negativ: Details need polishing - hole in the wall near the boiler in the bathroom, walls had imperfections (dirty spots). The overall cleaniness was only okay, not spotless. Mattress in the bedroom is not very comfortable

Positiv: Lovely and clean and bright very close to the supermarket and short walk to the station and a quick trip into central Vienna.

Negativ: The air key didn’t work at first and had to wait for someone to come and open it for us, they came straight away.

Clean, spacious, quiet apartment, with excellent facilities!

Positiv: It was very large and had two separate spaces to sleep in, very bright and facilities were excellent. It was clean and easy to check in. Very good value for money, would recommend! Since it was a little further out, it was quiet which was great for us.

Negativ: Just a little far out from the town centre, not too far and definitely worth it but some people might want to be a bit closer if they don't want to walk or take public transport.

Great location and cute apartment

Positiv: A cute apartment in a great location, it is a few minutes from the subway, and is right opposite a big supermarket. It faces a quiet courtyard - I slept with the windows and was not disturbed, which is great. As a bonus - there is a great partial view of the sunset! Contactless check in went smoothly too.

Negativ: I really enjoyed my stay here, but just a small point; It was really hot in vienna - a fan would have been a great addition

Systematically good

Positiv: The flat was cleaner than avarage. You don't see the stuff, they do the job before you arrive. There is no receptionist, it is an apartment building with rentable flats. You open the door using a Bluetooth system. One can even live in the flats for a longer while because the flat was very lovely

Negativ: There is no one to have a face to face communication, however they respond you very quickly on booking.com message system. Also, they didn't let us leave our luggages before the check in time, because there was no receptionist or a reception check place. Everything is done via smart phones or iphones. The rooms are available only after the check on time.

Positively surprising

Positiv: Great location and facilities. The apartment itself was also very nice. The host was very helpful, answered questions promptly, and actively assisted in making the stay pleasant

Negativ: The apartment's door did not have a number, which made its recognition difficult. Furthermore, a proper wardrobe/closet was missing.

Perfect for a overnight stay in Vienna.

Positiv: Electronic key locks, open space, separate bathroom and toilet, modern furnishings, kitchen has all you need for a quick meal.

Negativ: No TV or sound system, apartment entrance is not marked clearly.

Positiv: La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e ben attrezzata con anche la lavastoviglie e la macchinetta del caffè. La posizione è perfetta per soggiornare in un quartiere residenziale a 15 minuti di pullman dal centro, passaggi ogni 3/4 minuti, oltre ad avere anche la metro a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Self check-in tecnologico con apertura delle porte tramite il cellulare, per consentire massima comodità agli orari di arrivo e partenza
