Ruhige & große Altbauwohnung 7min zum Zentrum

Positiv: Die Altbauwohnung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von U-Bahn und Straßenbahn.

Negativ: Der 17. Bezirk hat kaum Grünflächen oder Parks. Das war mit Hund ungünstig.

Positiv: Sehr geräumig, gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung und die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig

Positiv: Friendly and nice owner, comfortable sofa and bed, the room beautiful and big enough for 4 people

Negativ: A bit cold in bedroom but had extra blankets so it was good

Weekend in Vienna with family

Positiv: The location of the apartment was good enough and the facilities were prety good. It was near markets, cafes and restaurants. Metro station was close and you could go really easily to the center of Vienna. The host was really helpful and willing to assist with our requests. For sure the apartment is of our first choises in our return to Vienna.

Positiv: I loved the location and the facilities. Tram no43 stops just 50 meters from the property. the room has an air key app based locking system which make it very convenient for anyone to access at any point of time. The room is equipped with washing machines , basic utensils, coffee machine , dishwasher and clean Lenin. in fact if you are on a long journey one should plan to stay for at least 2-3 days to reorganise yourself.

Positiv: Flat was very comfortable, big rooms and good location, very good supermarket was ,to the next side,crossing the street.very quiet place.

Negativ: the bathroom is very small, in the shower cube it was not convenient even to get shower, there was no place to turn around, the woterslit worked very slowly and the water was the puddle.

Positiv: Host gentile, casa spaziosa, metro vicina, supermercato difronte.

Negativ: Tappeto nel soggiorno è vecchio e si inciampa, il bagno un po' stretto e senza piani d'appoggio, l'armadio in camera è un po' vecchio e malandato. Il lenzuolo del letto era usurato (aveva uno strappo)

Un excellent séjour ! Seul le recours à la Deutsch Bahn pour A/R à Vienne est catastrophique.

Positiv: Très chouette, agréable et joli. Calme. Proche du centre à pieds ou en tram. Quartier multi-culturel très sympa. Facilités très nombreuses en proxi. Marché hyper sympa à proximité.
