Modern apartment in a top location of Vienna

Positiv: A lovely apartment in a cool, interesting location just minutes on the tram from the central train station. Lots of excellent restaurants, shops. It felt very safe and we would happily stay again. The kitchen had a supply of dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, salt etc. There was also washing machine pods supplied - a nice touch.

Negativ: Nothing, we really liked the area and it was so convenient

Positiv: Great location, lots of tram options and direct shuttle bus connection to airport, not far to walk to main sights, also close to Schönbrunn. Many restaurants, bars, cafes in this neighbourhood. Clean sheets and towels, great heating, great wifi, tv with amazon prime and disney free of charge, nice kitchen. Neighbourhood felt safe.

Negativ: Building is old, apartment has no terrace, bedroom walls need to be painted, bedroom felt a bit too basic, has only a bed, there are no closets, trash can only in the kitchen.

Positiv: great place to stay, spacious, cool on warm days and great hosts

Negativ: honestly nothing: there was no iron, when I told the host this, the next day an iron was delivered

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Positiv: The host was very responsive. The instructions for getting into the building included photos and I couldn't find them on my phone. I contacted customer service from the cab on the way from the airport and had new instructions sent to my WhatsApp account by the time I arrived at the building. The lamp beside the bed wasn't working and someone came with a new build within a couple of hours. Bonus points for having a knife sharpener and a fan in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were lovely. It's a great location; just a few minutes walk to the Metro and to many tram stops so it was easy to get to the museums that I wanted to visit.

Negativ: There were a couple of cleaning issues; the floor of the shower wasn't clean, the was a used tissue under the bed, and the used linens from the fold out couch were still in the living room. It's not really possible to cook a meal, there's only a small saucepan and frying pan although there are a lot of dishes. It would be nice to have a clip-on lamp for the desk.

Very good choice for long stay!

Positiv: In general the staff were responding very fast in texts and in requests. The house is really well equipped especially for long stay. Value for money! I will choose it again for any future stay!

Negativ: All was good

Great place, very nice apartment, I loved my vacation in Viena.and will definitely come back!.

Positiv: Location was fantastic and although the building is old, the apartment is super new and very comfortable. I loved it.

Negativ: I didn't receive information about the internet even asking twice about it.

Positiv: Adorei tudo A localização, insere-se dentro de um edifício antigo mas dentro do apartamento é tudo novo e super funcional, os hosts foram super prestáveis.... Amamos

Positiv: Чудове місце розташування, легкий доступ до апартаментів, зручно та просторо. У ванній та на кухні є все необхідне. Номер має одну двоспальну кровить та диван що розкладається . Диван не зручний для сну, складається з двох половин що не зручно для спини, я б його точно не розглядала як ще одне місце для відпочинку. Рушники та білизна затишна . В квартирі тепло

Negativ: Друге місце для сну - незручний диван. Є телевізор але в безкоштовному доступі досить обмежений вибір.

Positiv: Чудове помешкання, є все необхідне навіть для тривалого перебування, спілкування з персоналом було чудовим. Помешкання знаходиться поруч з кількома зупинками громадського транспорту, тож звідси можна дістатись практично у будь-яку точку міста. Співвідношення ціни і якості просто чудова

Negativ: Поруч школа, тож вдень тут доволі шумно

Positiv: This was probably our favourite stay during our time in Europe -- Having a private apartment was so convenient and comfortable! We packed light so it was great to be able to wash our clothes. It was also really nice to utilize the kitchen and the dishwasher and relax on the couch. The place had a good amount of room to store our things and it was nice and modern. They even included a small pedestal fan which was handy for drying clothes. Luckily the weather was cool while we stayed so we didn't have to worry about heat. There were heaps of places to eat and grab groceries near by and the stations to public transport were also close which made it easy to get to where we wanted to in Vienna.

Negativ: There was an ironing board, but no iron.
