Wohlfühlen wie zu Hause

Positiv: > super zentrale Lage; Straßenbahnlinie 49 ins Zentrum gleich vor der Türe (50 Meter Haltestelle Westbahnstraße); ebenso Straßenbahnlinien zu den Bahnhöfen (50 Meter Haltestelle Urban-Loritz-Platz) sowie die U6 (50 Meter Haltestelle Burggasse/Stadthalle) > ruhige Lage im Hinterhofeingang; kein Straßenlärm, ruhige Nachbarn, ... > nette, sympathische Unterkunft > sehr funktionell und schick eingerichtet > überaus bequeme Betten > sehr saubere Wohnung und Badezimmer (!) > Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden ebenso Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) mit Kapseln sowie Wasserkocher und Toaster > schnelles WLAN

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine sehr gute Lage mit guten Restaurants und Superverkehrsanbindung. ( Nähe Westbahnhof) Sie ist sehr ruhig, weil sie im hinteren Gebäude liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Checkin war sehr gut erklärt und problemlos.

Sehr zufrieden, würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Positiv: Einrichtung, Ausstattung, viel Platz, super Lage, unkompliziertes Ein-/Auschecken

Negativ: Ein paar Besteck-/Geschirrteile waren nicht ganz sauber

perfekt für unsere 4 Nächte in Wien, unsere wenigen Ansprüche wurden perfekt erfüllt

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in einem guten Quartier mit vielen Kaffees in Laufnähe, und sonst ist eine Knoten-Haltestelle direkt daneben, von da hat man Verbindungen in die ganze Stadt. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist einfach sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarschaft und sie einen auch, als auch innerhalb der Wohnung. Die toten Pflanzen könnte man entfernen statt stehen lassen

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sieht sehr ordentlich aus.

Geschmackvolle, gemütliche Wohnung, die einem den Wienbesuch sehr angenehm macht!

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Man ist zu fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell im Zentrum.

Negativ: Kleine Dinge fehlen noch: Handtuchhaken in Toilette, Ablage hinter dem französischem Bett für zweite Person, Besen und Handfeger, um selbst einmal sauber zu machen, Mülltüten. Dies sind aber kleine Dinge, die den Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern

Even though it was very cold weather the stay was warm.

Positiv: The location was very good. Public Transportation link near the apartment. Places to eat and grecesry stores. The apartment was very well heated and clean. It has all the appliances that a family needs. The host was very helpful in everthing we asked and needed. Good place to stay for a family or a couple or just friends. The building is realy quite but there are alot of local bars and cafes around. The city center is just a few stops away with the tram and if not 25-30 min walk. We had a great time and will come again for sure.

Negativ: The only thing missing was a smal vaccum cleaner and a toilet seat for a kid.

Positiv: The apartment is located in an extremely communicative place, close to a metro station, tram, supermarkets and cafes. Nicely furnished, with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning, which makes it difficult to stay in Vienna in the summer. But there are no air conditioners in private homes and administrative buildings either, apparently there has been no need for them until now. Due to the high summer temperatures, a consequence of climate change, they clearly need to be installed.

Positiv: Perfect place for me to stay while visiting Vienna, which I often do. Quiet, centrally located, modern, very well equipped, clean. I recommand and will come love to stay here again.

Negativ: The madrass was somewhat funny. It was crooked, my back hurt from sleeping there. Mattress was soft at one end and as it should be at the other. Seems like the springs, or smt., has collapsed on one side.

Positiv: We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.
