Central apartment - private sauna

Positiv: Super lage, sehr sauber, ausstattung: alles da, was man braucht (waschmaschine, geschirrspüler, kaffeemaschine etc.) sauna ist super! Sehr freundlicher vermieter

Positiv: Rasche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. In perfekter Lage zur Stadthalle. Super große Räume und sehr gemütlich.

Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen ;-)

Positiv: Wir waren zu sechst für fünf Nächte hier. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur 2-3 Minuten Fußmarsch, was für uns perfekt war! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ausreichend Handtücher und es war sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber hat alle Fragen im Vorfeld sehr nett und ausführlich beantwortet.

5stock ohne Aufzug, sonst perfekt!

Positiv: Viel Platz, es war sauber, bequeme Betten! Genug Handtücher, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Negativ: Leider wird nicht erwähnt das die Unterkunft in 5 Stock befindet OHNE Aufzug!!! Wir hatten 18. Apartment.

Positiv: Die Lage, das offene und lichtdurchflutete Konzept der Wohnung und die Größe waren für unseren Urlaub ein positives Highlight.

Negativ: Die Matratzen und ihre Härte unterschieden sich von Bett zu Bett und die Laken bzw. Kissen waren für kältere Temperaturen nicht wärmehaltend.

Alles super!

Positiv: Es war alles bestens. Die drei getrennten Schlafzimmer waren super! Es war alles sehr sauber. Fürs Frühstück gab es alles gleich um die Ecke beim Bäcker oder gegenüber bei Mike. Zur U- und Straßenbahn brauchten wir gerade mal über die Straße zu überqueren. Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist klasse. Wir waren 5 Personen und es hat allen gefallen. Wir können das Appartment nur empfehlen.

Negativ: Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Conveniently Located Apartment with Thoughtful Hosts

Positiv: We really loved the apartment! It is located in an area close to the city center and very near several public transportation stations, making it convenient to explore Vienna. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and very spacious. It has three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything is very new. There is a dishwasher, a couple of funs for the heat and a washing machine, and you have everything you need for a comfortable visit to Vienna. There was also coffee available. It is ideal for families and large groups. Additionally, the hosts left us a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. They were very helpful during the entire visit. They even let us 2 keys because we were two families.

Negativ: Keep in mind that the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you have the windows open because some of them face the main avenue with a lot of traffic, but the windows do a good job of blocking the noise. In our case, it was very hot, so we had to keep them open at times.

Negativ: Like everything

Positiv: It is a nice old house, with big rooms. We got free coffee, Prosecco and Mozart Kugeln :). The Sauna is awesome.

Negativ: The cheaper parking stated in the description is about 40 minutes walk away (15min Tram). That should be stated a bit more clearly. Be aware that the rooms are all connected, you'll have to pass thru them to get to the next.
