Charming spacious apartment

Positiv: Zentrale Lage, türkischer Laden im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, der morgens frische Brötchen und Börek anbietet. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, antwortet schnell. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Außerdem befand sich in der geräumigen Küche eine Kapselmaschine mit Pralinen.

Negativ: Das Treppenhaus war zu dreckig. Es gab keine Duschkabine und die Badewanne hatte keinen Spritzschutz, sodass man im Sitzen duschen musste.

Ostern in Wien

Positiv: Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage an einem verkehrsreichen Knotenpunkt, mit der Straßenbahn oder mit der U-Bahn kann man ganz schnell und bequem in die Innenstadt von Wien oder woanders kommen. Außerdem gibt es mindestens eine Bäckerei, eine Eisdiele, eine Bar (Mikes) in der Nähe, wo man sich sogar auf die Terasse hinsetzen kann. Einige Meter entfernt gibt es eine Shoppingmall, wo man das Auto parken kann (18 Euro / 24 Stunden), falls man mit dem Auto ankommt.

Negativ: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau im 2. (eigentlich im 3.) Stock, es hat aber keinen Aufzug, was kein Problem ist, wenn man zum Gepäcktragen genügend Atem und Kraft hat:-) Das Treppenhaus ist ein wenig abgenutzt, aber hell und breit. Die Eigangstür zum Treppenhaus steht tagsüber eigentlich offen, negative Erfahrungen hatten wir aber nicht. In der Unterkunft hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten, auch Kaffeekapseln z.B., aber der Kaffeautomat war leider kaputt. Und wir hätten gern auch eine Mikrowelle. Sonst war die Wohnung perfekt ausgerüstet.

Positiv: Die zentrale Lage nahe Stadthalle. Obwohl direkt am starkbefahrenen Gürtel war es sehr ruhig. Gute Betten, große Schlafzimmer, im romantischen Erker sitzt man gemütlich.

Negativ: In der Küche—Essraum ist es ungemütlich. Nur eine nackte Glühbirne. Es fehlt ein Mistkübel und etwas zum Aufhängen im Bad. 2 weitere Stühle in den Zimmern wären angenehm.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt, der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Ein sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltetes großes Apartment. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Küche und Bad hatten eine gute Ausstattung . Wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Sehr zentral gelegen und mit netten Gastgebern. Die Vielen Dank für alles.

Positiv: The location is very convenient—public transportation is very close, and it's easy to get to the city center. The place is quite impressive and spacious. We found almost everything we needed. The hosts are very kind.

Negativ: A few minor repairs are needed, but this does not significantly affect the overall appearance.

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from public transportation. The rooms are large, with a charming old-style character. We were a group of six people from different parts of Europe, and we found the apartment to be very nice and well maintained. The vintage furniture gave the place a nostalgic touch that we really appreciated. The host gave us all the information we needed, even for better parking near by. They had a gift when we arrived. We felt very welcome.

Negativ: An outside window was broken.

Lovely flat for a girls weekend in Vienna.

Positiv: Great location - very close to trams and subway. Lots of food options, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Huge space and clean, lots of towels provided. Lots of storage. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolate.

Negativ: The shower was great but did not have a door which made it difficult to have a proper shower. A garbage in the bathroom and shower area would be useful and shower gel/soap vs. only shampoo would be great. Three flights of stairs with no lift might be a challenge for some, but great exercise every day!
