Chic 94m2 apartment with a king-size bed

Positiv: Das Apartment war genauso wie auf den Bildern - sehr hübsch eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage mit der Anbindung zur Straßenbahn ist ideal. Man braucht nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum.

Negativ: Die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut, in der Küche wären 1-2 Kochutensilien oder ein Geschirrhandtuch praktisch gewesen.

Positiv: Gute Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, dabei ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir können Sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Negativ: Leider ließen sich die Vorhänge nur schwer und auch nur so halb aufziehen. Im Bad ließ sich die Schublade des Waschtischs nicht schließen, die Handbrause ließ sich nicht verschieben. Beim Versuch rutschte gleich die Stange aus der Halterung. Im Bad hätten wir auch gern ein Wischtuch gehabt, weil der Wasserhahn sich nicht betätigen lässt ohne Wasser auf dem Waschtisch zu verteilen. In der Küche fehlten uns ein Geschirrtuch und eine Teekanne.

Gute Lage für Konzerte in der Wiener Stadthalle

Positiv: Wunderbar nahe zur Wiener Stadthalle und sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Sehr grosszügige Wohnung.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch hochwertig eingerichtet, ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich in einem der besten Bezirke von Wien. Man hat eine riesige Auswahl an Kneipen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe und kann zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten von Wien auch sehr gut laufen.

Excellent communication with owner with very detailed description of the check-in process and apartment location within the building.

Positiv: Location is great and close to public transportation. Rooms are very big, as well as the beds. Host responded to everything within a couple of minutes. Very nicely decorated apartment.

Negativ: The toilet seat seems to be broken a little and keeps sliding left/right if you sit on it for more than a minute. Not a genuine problem, but frustrating.

The house is very clean, tidy, and cozy — it made us feel right at home.

Positiv: We were four friends traveling together, and the house was spacious and well-suited for a group of our size. It’s equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, clean linens, and other practical items. Although it’s about a 20–25 minute walk from the city center, the location is peaceful and quiet during the day, which we appreciated after long outings.

Negativ: However, there were a couple of things that affected our experience slightly. Firstly, the bathroom and toilet doors did not have locks, which made things a bit uncomfortable when sharing the space with friends. Secondly, every night we heard unusual and loud noises coming from the upper floor throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep. We’re not sure what caused it, but it was noticeable each night of our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential — just a few improvements would make the stay even better.

Positiv: Pomieszczenia bardzo przestronne , czyste , wystrój raczej przemyślany i nie nachalny Cieplo i cicho jedynie rano po godz 5:00 gołębie się budziły ale to też było znikome aczkolwiek raczej przyjemne odgłosy:) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami Otrzymaliśmy dokładne instrukcje w temacie znalezienia apartamentu. Generalnie można funkcjonować jak we własnym domu

Negativ: Wszystko na plus 🫶 Muszę jedynie dodać w sprawie parkowania aby ostrzec innych kierowców , ponieważ mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem miejsca, niemalże wszędzie były informacje ze miejsca parkingowe są dla mieszkańców , dlatego też przy wyjezdzie mieliśmy kilka mandatów za wycieraczka ale to taki incydent niezwiązany z samym apartamentem Pozdrawiam

Perfect verblijf, goede locatie, direct bij openbaar vervoer. Mooi appartement, heel rustig gelegen

Positiv: Perfecte host, reageerde meteen op 2 hulpvragen (ivm met oa vertraagde aankomst). Licht ruim appartement, verwarming was al aan bij binnenkomst. Meer dan genoeg handdoeken en beddengoed. Ook koffie en thee aanwezig (wat makkelijk als je na 8 pm aankomt en alle winkels dicht zijn). Ga ik weer naar Wenen, boek ik dit appartement. Aanrader.

Negativ: Een theedoek zou handig zijn.
