Positiv: Lage und Größe der Unterkunft waren super. Die Kommunikation war ausserordentlich freundlich und zuverlässig.
Negativ: -Leider nicht so hochwertige Ausstattung, es war nicht gründlich geputzt. -Im Schlafzimmer findet sich ein offener Kleiderschrank ohne Türen, in dem lieblos Bettwäsche (ohne Bezug) liegt. Mit Türen wäre es direkt viel gemütlicher. -Zu wenige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. -Lediglich sehr leistungsschwacher Reisefön.

Wir hatten Dank der tollen Unterkunft 5 herrliche Tage in Wien;)
Positiv: Ein wirklich schönes Appartement in toller Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Ein perfekter Bäcker nebenan … besser geht nicht!
Negativ: Es war alles perfekt ! Um ein bisschen was zu sagen … ein Abzieher für die Dusche wäre langfristig anzuraten;)

Schöne Wohnung, perfekt gelegen
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine U-Bahnstation, in Sichtweite mehrere Bäcker und Supermärkte. Ein sehr günstiges Parkhaus in der Afrikanergasse ist quasi um die Ecke. Für einen Städtetrip kann man sich nichts Besseres wünschen. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Wir würden hier jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.
Negativ: Da muss man wirklich suchen. Am ehesten ist zu kritisieren, dass ich am ersten der fünf Tage versucht habe, die Vermieter telefonisch zu erreichen und auf dem AB eine Bitte um Rückruf hinterlassen habe. Leider erfolgte keinerlei Rückruf. Das Problem konnte ich allein lösen, aber die Nichterreichbarkeit im dringenden Fall ist nicht schön. Ein weiteres Luxuasproblem ist das Fehlen von Besen und anderen Kehrutensilien. Bei vier Tagen Aufenthalt vermisst man das dann doch.

Ich komme wieder
Positiv: Die Lage ist genial: ein paar Schritte von der U Bahn Station Nestroy Platz, sehr zentral. Einchecken funktioniert easy, alles gut erklärt. Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man nur brauchen kann, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, nicht überladen. Die Heizung hat funktioniert ( mitte Mai, trotzdem draußen kalt) und es war sehr gemütlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Dachterrasse genießen. Bei Fragen ist immer jemand erreichbar, die Kommunikation funktioniert gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, wie eine Wienerin mit einer schönen Wohnung in Zentrum von dieser wunderschönen Stadt

I had a wonderful experience staying in this amazing apartment
Positiv: I recently took a business trip to Vienna and was looking for accommodation that felt more like home, something that hotels typically can't provide. This apartment exceeded all my expectations. Its design is unique, offering plenty of space and impressive functionality. The property is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the Nestroyplatz station on the U1 line of the Vienna U-Bahn, providing easy access to all parts of the city. The apartment, including the kitchen, was clean and well-equipped with every item a guest might need. The smooth check-in and check-out process and reliable Wi-Fi further enhanced my stay. I didn't interact with any staff in person; all communication was via messages, which met my needs perfectly. The staff was attentive to every detail and responsive to requests, ensuring my stay was comfortable and predictable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again.

It was wonderful.
Positiv: We stayed in the apartment for the entire month of December. The apartment is excellent, charming, clean and very well-kept, spacious and bright. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Excellent location very close to the train station. Cafes and supermarkets are nearby. Excellent communication with the owners of the apartment, thank you very much for the hospitality, we enjoyed it very much. We will be back

Positiv: We had an amazing stay! Everything was super clean, which is really important to us, and the apartment was comfortable.The communication with the staff was excellent—they were professional and incredibly helpful. We had some issues transferring funds, and even though our booking was technically canceled, they kept it for us. They even let us check in early since we arrived at 5 a.m. which was a lifesaver. The location is perfect—just a minute away from the subway station and close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!🥰
Negativ: Honestly, there’s nothing we didn’t like. Everything was amazing! The check-in process was very easy and well explained, the communication was great, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay.
