Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber ordentlich.
Positiv: Angenehmes Stadtviertel. Die Anbindung an die Altstadt ist gut. Märkte befinden sich in der Nähe, ein Kinderspielplatz im Nachbarblock und eine Donau. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber ordentlich. Sauberkeit, Bettkomfort und Ausstattung waren zufriedenstellend. Alles entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Loggia ist groß. Parkplätze befinden sich in der Tiefgarage. Da wir eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern sind, haben wir eine Mikrowelle vermisst, was dem Gastgeber eine Empfehlung wert ist.
Negativ: Obwohl wir Tiere lieben, mögen wir ihre Haare nicht und die Tatsache, dass sie vermutlich auf dem Bett geschlafen haben, ist für mich ein Minuspunkt.

Gerne wieder! - Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden Städtetrip.
Positiv: Der gute Preis. Die super Lage und fürs Auto ist ein Garagenplatz dabei. Das Apartment ist hell und für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend groß. Große Badewanne vorhanden. Und die Eigentümer waren immer schnell über die Chatfunktion hier erreichbar - sehr netter Kontakt. Gratis WLAN, aber ich kann es nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht gebraucht haben. Die Bushaltestelle ist fast gleich daneben. Wir sind immer zu Fuß zur UBahnstation Handelskai gegangen - nur 10-15 min. Danke für unseren Aufenthalt!
Negativ: Es ist alles vorhanden, aber eine Mikrowelle wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen.

Perfekt
Positiv: Wir waren auf der Durchreise (2 Nächte). Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt (24-Stunden Ticket 8 €, 1-Tag-Wien Karte 5,80 € - gilt nicht 24 Stunden, sondern nur bis 01:00 Uhr des Folgetages und kann nur online gekauft werden, Kinder/Schüler in den Ferien frei). Großer Vorteil ist der Tiefgaragenplatz. Außerdem: neue Wohnung, Sauberkeit Top, alles wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Billa, Drogeriemarkt, Bäcker), Pizzeria vor dem Haus und Schnitzelrestaurant in der Nähe, Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail, Schlüsseltresor.
Negativ: Zu wenig Geschirr/Gläser, Besteck.

Positiv: Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Negativ: In der Küche fehlt ein kleiner Topf Im WC eine Halterung für das Klopapier und evtl noch ein Spiegel im WC

Positiv: The apartment is close to a bus stop, which is well connected to the city. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and it has the advantage of having its own garage. There are also markets and bakeries nearby. The heating is also good; even though it was February, the apartment was quite warm
Negativ: A downside is the lack of towels and the absence of a dishcloth or paper towels. The hand towel is too small and is more suitable as a face towel, so I would recommend either bringing your own towels or that the owner provide more.

Positiv: Clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment in a great location. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Everything was as expected.
Negativ: No smart TV. No capsules coffee machine, only a filter coffee machine.

Great location near the metro station and comfortable apartment.
Positiv: We easily entered the garage and apartment with just a few simple instructions from the host. Flat was extremely comfortable and clean!
Negativ: Everything was perfect.
