Wien ist eine Reise wert!!!

Positiv: Sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen.

Negativ: Nur ein Bad und eine Toilette… bei drei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett

Ein rundum erholsamer Kurztripp

Positiv: Top Lage, freundlicher Empfang und einfache Abwicklung Alles vorhanden was man benötigt

Negativ: Nicht als Kritik verstehen, Tageslicht in der Wohnküche wäre das Sahnehäubchen gewesen. Das Lichtarrangement war trotzdem super

Mittendrin

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage mitten im historischen Zentrum. Man geht aus der Tür und ist da. Betten sind bequem. Gute Kaffeemaschine, sogar Bohnen waren da.

Negativ: An manchen Stellen sollten kleine Reparaturen durchgeführt werden.

Super Lage

Positiv: Lage war top, Dame die uns empfangen hat war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Negativ: Auf den ersten Blick optisch sehr ansprechend und schön... aber sehr viele Kleinigkeiten defekt und dann nur provisorisch oder notdürftig und teilweise gefährlich (Kabel aus der Wand, gebrochene Glasplatte...) in Stand gesetzt.

Schönes, großes und zentrales Apartment

Positiv: Die Lage direkt an der Hofburg und gegenüber dem Kaffeehaus Demel ist sehr gut. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Sehr angenehme Betten.

Negativ: Einziger Minuspunkt: Wegen der sehr zentralen Lage war es an den Feiertagen abends noch recht laut, da noch viele Passanten unterwegs waren.

Location, Location, Location!

Positiv: Apartment was generously proportioned and well equipped with everything from washer, dryer to an espresso machine with beans supplied. The location was second to nome, right in the heart of Vienna. A very good stay, and we would definitely stay here again in future. There's also a Billa supermarket within about 2 mins walking distance, so it's very easy to stock up with supplies for your stay.

Negativ: The only thing I can fault, is the pillows. They were just awful, offering no support. We couldn't find any extras in the apartment, so we had to improvise with towels.

Amazing experience

Positiv: I liked everything in this apartment. The location is exceptional, a few minutes walk from everything. Facilities are amazing. Josef and olena responded to all my queries quickly.

The most perfect location and very helpful and responsive hosts

Positiv: The property was in the most amazing part of the centre of Vienna. A little hard to find at first, especially as there was no signage on the entrance, but once you know where it is it’s really easy. Olena and Joseph were amazing with their response and all their advise and recommendations. They were also very accommodating in leaving our cases both on check in and check out which meant we didn’t need to drag them around for hours. Given where it is situated, next to Sisi museum and st Michael’s church, the noise levels inside at night time were minimal.

Negativ: The apartment itself was clean and a good size. There were a few little niggles which I would have liked to have known before hand which was The beds and bedrooms were a good size and clean, however there was only one free standing clothes rail to hang clothes on for all 3 rooms. There should have been drawers and wardrobe’s in each room for clothes and also things like hoovers, ironing boards and mops etc could also have been put away rather than propped up against bedroom and kitchen walls. The dining table was huge, but the bench to sit on tipped up if you wasn’t careful, it also meant one small sofa was not adequate for 4 people to sit comfortably on and there was no lounge tv. Glasses etc in kitchen cupboards needed the provided steps to get them down. A microwave,I felt, would be a good suggestion. The glass on one bedroom dressing table was cracked right across the length of it and the oven door glass was shattered. These really should be replaced. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good and the water hot. Great having 2 wash basins but maybe a wall soap dish could be handy on the first washbasin by the loo as you have to go to the washbasin by the bath to get soap which makes it pointless having 2. Not an issue, but the only windows were in the two bedrooms so it did feel a bit enclosed and darkish. Our overall stay was very pleasant and the hosts and location was second to none.

Perfect!

Positiv: Everything about my stay was perfect. The location was convenient, the room was spacious and spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again and would happily recommend it to my friends. It truly felt like a dream and I didn’t want to leave.

Negativ: There was nothing negative to mention.

Very nice appartment with all you need

Positiv: Perfect location and nice decor of the appartment. Very clean and well equipped (washing machine, iron, hair dryer,...).

Negativ: Warm water could be a bit warmer
