Positiv: Sehr sauber, günstig gelegen, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Negativ: anfängliche Heizungsschwierigkeiten, haben sich aber schnell gelöst

Sehr schönes Erlebnis, welches ich gerne wiederholen möchte.

Positiv: Es haben mir Apartment(Räume, Betten, Badezimmer mit WC, Küche,... erste Etage) selber, der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Lage in Wien sehr gut gefallen.

Negativ: Ich hätte gerne eine Aufklärung über die Garagen in der nächsten Umgebung gehabt, habe es aber auch nicht vom Gastgeber erfragt, bzw. bin daran selber schuld. Ich konnte auf die schnelle nicht durchschauen, wie die Heizungsanlage funktioniert.

Positiv: Comfortable. Host answered immediately on my requests as well as when we arrived he remotely opened the apartment. Heating in apartment was great and you can find all regular facilities in kitchen what you need. Apartment was very clean.

Negativ: It is not disadvantage but more recommendation: as we were 5 in apartment and there were only 4 chairs, hence you could put more chairs as well as places on the wall in entrance to put jackets.

Solid stay, OK for the price

Positiv: The apartment was close to some stores like Hoffer which is useful, also it is a quiet neighborhood with not much noise. Some streaming services were also available to make the experience a little bit better.

Negativ: I think the informing was a little bit delayed, this is the first time on booking where someone didn't called me or texted me about the details regarding entering the apartment. I was the one who initiated the conversation less than 24h's before the arrival. Also we waited for 20 minutes in front of the apartment after we texted the host that we arrived. After a phone call he opened the door, which is not a big deal but it could be for someone who doesn't have an internet connection available to make the call, or is used to just picking up the keys from the key box or something similar. Bathroom was also on the lower end. It was very small, and the sliding doors didn't have a handle from the inside what made leaving the bathroom a little bit of a hassle. Also the kitchen is located right next to the bathroom which is bad for the smell. Room distribution was also impractical because the kitchen was in the middle of the hallway which connects the living room and the bedroom, which is a problem because if you cook, the smell and the smoke will get everywhere.

Positiv: - Towels were provided - Can cook our own meals - Rooms are so clean and spacious - Complete utensils - There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso machine - With functional heater

Negativ: - there is a need to change the frying pan, it was not smooth - no microwave oven - can't do laundry

Positiv: Host let us check in early and held our bags after checkout, he was very nice and flexible. Just call directly instead of texting as he is more responsive that way.

Negativ: One of the beds needs an update as the mattress wasn’t great. It’s bare minimum but good enough for a cheap and easy stay of a couple of nights.

Negativ: Brak czajnika ale nie było z tego powodu tragedii ;)

Negativ: Una pecca è la porta del bagno che ha la maniglia solo all’esterno ma con un pochino di pazienza si riesce a chiudere bene anche dall’interno.
