Positiv: Wir waren 4 Tage in Wien mit unseren 3 Kindern. Das Apartment liegt 1 Minute Fußweg von Straßenbahn entfernt, einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Küche war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem nächsten Wienaufenthalt sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Great big apartmant, spacious and very good location

Positiv: The property was very large and spacious, with good heating system and lots of light. It was very accessible to get anywhere because it was close to a tram and S bahn station. The hosts sent me all the information in advance and were quick with correnspondance.

Negativ: The property could be organised a little bit better, but that is just a piece of mind, nothing that worsened our stay. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no sink in both bathrooms. Also we couldnt find a parking meter in the street :(

As expected, met our requirements, very clean, easy to check-in

Positiv: Everything was as we expected and it met our requirements. Comms with the owner were via Booking messages and the owner helped with answers to our questions. U-bahn station is 600 m away, same goes for the parking garage (9 EUR/24h). There is one garage even closer, but is app operated, but I was not able to buy credits for the app. You can park for free on the street during weekends (Friday 20 pm - Monday 9 am), so we parked half of our stay in front of the building.

Negativ: No issues.

We had a great stay!

Positiv: Exceptionally clean apartment and smooth check in. Perfect for a long weekend stay or city trip. Directly located at the tram station “Traisengasse” and the train station, which connects to airport and Vienna main station.

Negativ: A kitchen towel would leverage the usability of the property, but this is only a very small adjustment suggestion :-)

Fantastic

Positiv: Everything was great, clean, new. We had everything that we needed. Beds are really comfortable. And having a separate bathroom from the toilet is great for a group! It is close to the train, metro, just a few stops away from the centre. And so close to Prater! :) Additional plus for the self check-in, it was super easy.

Positiv: Appartamento spazioso e pulito, vicino a fermata della metro e del tram. Zona servita e tranquilla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Very pleasant, spacious, and clean apartment

Positiv: Super clean apartment, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The 2 front rooms face a quiet tree-lined street. The heating system was wonderful and kept the apartment warm.

Negativ: The back room and the kitchen face a gray drab courtyard with very little light. The host did not respond to our request for more toilet paper on the last day we were there. We were there for 5 days. In addition they did not provide laundry detergent, even though there is a washing machine. This was very inconvenient for us since we had to shop for this basic necessity and we only needed detergent for 2 loads, we could not take a whole container of detergent back home with us on the airplane.
