Positiv: sehr sauberes Apartment, alles da was man braucht, ruhige Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung

Negativ: Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden

Schöne Wohnung in praktischer Lage.

Positiv: Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fehlende Utensilien könnten einmal ergänzt werden (nur 1 Weinglas vorhanden), ansonsten alles super.

SUPER Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis

Positiv: Sehr sauber und gutes Appartement, sehr gute Lage, 2 min bis zur Strassenbahn, 3 min bis zur U-Bahn.Wir durften 4 Stunden früher komen,und das OHNE Aufpreis. Werden Frühjahr 2024 wieder buchen. Bis Bald

Positiv: Hi, the apartment was very comfortable. It was closer to all the necessary transportation.

Positiv: The place is in a very communicative place, close to public transport, SPAR, Prater. It is very clean, warm and comfortable, perfect for 4 people.Very easy to communicate with the owner and very well organized. Will come again for sure :)

Positiv: The apartment was very well situated. It was 2 minutes away from the tram station. It was really easy to get to the city centre. The area was pleasant. There were supermarkets close by, as well as other stores. It was a safe neighborhood, very clean and quiet. The apartment was well equipped. We had everything we needed there.

Negativ: There was no microwave oven, that might have been useful, but it wasn't a big deal in the end. The floors could have been cleaner. We were traveling with a toddler and that's always important for us. The bedroom was very dark and a bit crowded.

Family touristic tour in Wien

Positiv: Sufficient space for a 4 persons family , acceptable conditions in terms of equipment in the kitchen and living room. Quiet and with plenty of possibilities to reach touristic places. Breakfast and dinner options around the neighborhood.

Negativ: The hosts were very pragmatic in dealing with their business management rather than making us feel welcomed. For sure they need to learn more about customer care. We were asked if we could leave earlier than agreed just so that they manage their cleaning activities better. This is by any means not a good approach, please visit Greece or US to get a better mindset.

Positiv: The unit is confortable, clean, well equipped, in very good condition. It’s pretty well located, near several tram & subway stations

Negativ: A microwave would be useful, a curtain on the hall window as well. A lot of noise during the week-end nights, neighbours are partying till 2am and do not really care about disturbance to others apparently.

Positiv: It was really easy to access, the host was communicative and very helpful. The apartment was very tidy and there was amazing wifi. Besides, we had utilities like iron, hair dryer etc. Pleasing!

Positiv: decent sized apartment, worthy of a stay. Excellent price-quality ratio
