Positiv: Modern aufgerüstet Wohnung in einem älteren Gebäude. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Check in unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und Bett bequem. Ausreichende Kücheneinrichtung und eine nespresso Maschine neben Wasserkocher und Kochplatte vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank. Guter Föhn.

Negativ: Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Dusche in der Küche, trotzdem ist Privatsphäre gegeben, aber der Wasserdruck ist einfach nicht vorhanden. Kurzes abduschen ist möglich, aber das Haare waschen gerade für Frauen mit langen Haaren gestaltet sich mehr aus schwierig.

Check in war einfach, wohnung so wie auf den Bildern, alles sauber und angenehm

Positiv: Es war sauber, bequem und an Küchen Ausrüstung alles vorhanden, sowie Klopapier, Spülmittel etc.

Negativ: Nichts

Positiv: Bus direkt vor dem Haus, U-Bahn nur 10min zu Fuss entfernt, Hofer 2 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Park mit Spielplatz auch gleich im Quartier. Super fand ich auch dass das Bettsofa bereits bezogen war mit Bettwäsche. Appartement klein aber fein, waren mit 2 Kinder dort, gab alles was man brauchte.

Negativ: Super wäre gewesen wenn es ein paar wenige Standart Gewürze gehabt hätte. (Salz war vorhanden).

Positiv: Die Lage und die Kommunikationsmöglichkeinen zum Öfi und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Negativ: Die Wohnung wird langsam renovierungsbedürftig.

Eine gute kurze Aufenthalte kann ich hier empfehlen. Es hat fast alles, was man braucht.

Positiv: Die Lage kann man mit sehr guten Verbindungen erreichen genauso mit Uber oder Taxi. In der Nähe gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genauso wie Restaurants. Ich empfehle der Wiener App runterzuladen um die Verkehrsmittelverbindung zu bekommen genauso kann man die Tickets auch schon mit der App kaufen. Leider gibt es nur eine Stromheizung in der Wohnung also kann es schon sehr kalt werden. Man kann etwas essen in der Wohnung kochen aber nur mit dem Herd. Wifi Verbindung ist sehr gut und man kann auch mit dem Fernseher fast alle Sendungen schauen nur keine Netflix oder Disney. Es gibt auch ein Aufzug, was sehr praktisch ist. Manchmal riecht es nur nach Rauch, wenn jemand im Flur raucht. Sonst eigentlich eine sehr ruhige Wohnungslage ist es nur manchmal laut.

Negativ: Da es leider kein Ofen gibt und keine richtige Heizung. Es ist leicht staubig gewesen und manche Stelle gab tote Fliegen. Es riecht zwischen durch nach Rauch, wenn jemand im Flur raucht.

A perfect location and very comfortable

Positiv: What a lovely quiet and open apartment. It's located less than 10 minutes from a tram and train station with quick access to the centre of Vienna. There's a bus stop literally at the door of the apartment. And Hofer is a minute away. The bed was spotlessly clean, the heating worked very well. The windows opened ! The sofa was so comfortable I fell asleep a few times. The kitchen was as described with a kettle, hob, pots, cutlery and crockery. The washing machine has quick wash options and there's a drying rack. Yes the shower is in the kitchen/entrance corridor, but this is clearly stated in the description. I felt very safe in both the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment is up 75 stairs but there is a small passenger lift. Would I stay here again. Yes without any hesitation.

Negativ: If i think really hard.... absolutely nothing come to mind.

Positiv: The apartment was very roomy, good lighting, cold fridge and plenty of cutlery and crockery and cooking equipment. Transport right out front and Aldi very close too

Negativ: Just a suggestion to supply a microwave would be handy

Positiv: Location was handy, close to the supermarket, easy to access by public transport, close to the river. I really liked the house, historical building with external galleries and an authentic old elevator. Apartment was nicely furnished. The main room was big, with beautiful wooden windows. the rest was a bit squeezed (shower in the corridor together with the kitchen desk) but no problem for a single traveler. It was fully equipped (IKEA) with new furniture and kitchen utensils, I did not miss anything.

Negativ: Aircon would be handy during hot summer days

Good apartment outside of the city

Positiv: Great interior and spacious apartment with TV and kitchenette. Very clean and neatly presented! General location was ok, the city isn’t on your doorstep but there is a tram stop at the end of the road which takes around 15/20 mins.

Negativ: The shower went cold very quickly and the taps are dangerously hot in the sink - be careful!
