Family apartment next to Danube river

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: Die Lage des Appartements war ausgezeichnet. Man konnte zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten ein Einkaufs- und Entertainment Center erreichen. Da in einer Parallelstraße gelegen, war es sehr ruhig. Der Park auf der anderen Straßenseite bot Platz, in der Sonne zu sitzen.

Negativ: Das Appartement liegt ebenerdig und die Fenster führen in einen Lichthof, in dem auch die großen Müllcontainer stehen. Das hört man. Im Sommer wäre es mit dem lüften bestimmt schwierig wegen Geruchsbelästigung und weil man die Fenster nicht über Nacht geöffnet lassen kann.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhigem, sauberem Apartment

Positiv: Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen, unkomplizierte Schlüssel Übergabe (kein Warten)

Negativ: Betten etwas zu weich, Wohnung recht dunkel (Erdgeschoss, zum Hinterhof), Küchenutensilien eher spärlich

If I could I would live there 😊

Positiv: It was very clean, everything what we needed was there. Location is amazing there, you have direct train to the main train station 6 minutes away.

Not good, not bad

Positiv: As pros i can say that the apartment is close to the metro station and train that goes to airport (5 min walk). Also we could left the baggages earlier than the check in, and that helps a lot. Well equiped and a lot of space.

Negativ: Was clear that nobody was staing there for a while (at least a week). We are still in the cold time, and when we arrived we realized that in the apartment was 15 degrees C (and becouse of the floor heating -everyone who had it, knows- it took 2 days to get up to 22). Could be cleaner than that, was like vaccum cleaner was not used and on the walls you could see some spider nets (and you have a tax for cleaning in the bill). Overall, was for a max 7, but the fact that we could check in earlier added 1+.

Positiv: Very comfortable and great location. Close to transport and shops. Good communication with owner regarding checking in

Negativ: No Television!

Positiv: Huge apartment very clean near the city center of vienna.

Negativ: Didn't have a TV

Positiv: Very spacious, it stayed comfortably cool (very hot outside), the kitchen was fully equipped, good wifi and the host was always available for questions. Location was great! Near Millenium City - a big shopping mall - and the Danube river to go for a swim. And in 20-30 mins in the city centre with the subway.

Negativ: The bath had a weird smell and there were only 3 dishwasher tabs, for 5 days.

Positiv: It was a comfortable apartment where we spent our time in Vienna with our children. The host was always in touch and helped us with all organizational issues. We would love to stay here again next time.

Positiv: Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom! Everything was nice and clean! Very easy to reach by public transport and situated in a nice and quiet part of the city.

Negativ: Only thing I missed were some scissors in the kitchen.
