Positiv: Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter, wurde zwischendurch immer wieder kontaktiert ob alles OK ist😉. Hatte Apartment 1, außergewöhnlich ruhig und alles da was man braucht. Man sollte sich vom Zugang im Hof zu den Apartment nicht erschrecken, ist Bauarbeiten geschuldet.

Kleines Zimmer in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Positiv: Das Zimmer ist klein aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Wlan super! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Der Balkon ist von Hauswänden umgeben! Der Grill ist meiner Meinung nach überflüssig! Das Bad ist ziemlich eng! Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, der leider etwas runtergekommen ist! In der Wohnung war es sehr ruhig! Tichy Eis (beste Haselnuss Eis), Lidl und Aldi sind gut zu erreichen!
Negativ: Es hat ab und zu von draußen nach Müll gestunken!

Positiv: very convenient location, we easily reached the station on foot with our suitcases. the apartment had everything necessary for a stay. bed linen and towels were fresh, the apartment was also really clean. very convenient check-in, no need to wait for anything. also in the apartment there is a coffee machine and incredibly delicious coffee, it made our morning more pleasant. thank you very much to the owner. when we are in Vienna again, we will definitely stay there.

Cute little apartment
Positiv: Apartment itself was well decorated, had all we needed for our stay.
Negativ: Entrance to the apartment is quite dark and lots of junk/construction waste in the courtyard. No locked doors until actual door to the apartment which didn't feel particularly secure.

Positiv: near city centre, accessible to bus and tram, near groceries Aldi and Lidl, has kitchenette cooker, ķettle, microwave,fridge and cutlery. Has shampoo, body wash, toilet tissue papers, kitchen towel, tissue paper, hair dryer. Comfy bed and pillows but not the sofa bed. Has towels and hangers. Has very good free WiFi.
Negativ: No hot water on the night and on the day of our last stay in the apartment, it wasn't fix but gave us an alternative to use another apartment's toilet to be able to have a shower. The apartment is small as shown. The entrance door leading to the apartment and the apartment door, before going upstairs, both were always open, accessible to anyone but our room has it's own door that you can lock. The sofa bed is not comfy. Dirty outside of the apartment.

Positiv: Well renovated, quiet, comfortable studio apartment, well located and accessable to public transport, shopping, and restaurants. A good fit for two people and includes a nice little kitchenette with stove, microwave, and fridge. Very nice shower, also. Price is fair and better value than most nearby Vienna hotels. Hosts are also very helpful and accommodating which is a major plus.
Negativ: Not necessarily problems, but just for people to know, the room will likely feel a little smaller than depicted in the photos, but I think it is listed at 30m^2, which seems accurate. Also, the entryway leading to the room is pretty janky. Don't be scared away by the outside though, because the interior is very nice.

Для бюджетного отдыха отличная квартира.
Positiv: Квартира близко к метро, несколько остановок до центра. Возле дома рынок, можна купить свежие фрукты, овощи, мясо и другое. В квартире было все необходимое. Кухня хорошо укомплектована.
Negativ: Возможно предыдущие жильцы курили прям в квартире, был неприятный запах сигарет. Не было принадлежностей для гриля. Капсулы кофе не подходят к кофе машине, они другого размера.
