Family Deluxe a stone throw from the city centre and danube

Positiv: Die Wohnung war riesig und sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Wohnung zu finden war dank der guten Beschreibung der Gastgeber sehr einfach. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Stadt perfekt: U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, Stadtzentrum/Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn erreichbar.

Positiv: Super zentrale Lage, U-Bahn Nestroyplatz gleich um die Ecke, sehr grosse Zimmer, 2 Bäder mit Dusche, neue, funktionale Einrichtung, alles top

Negativ: Nur 1 Toilette

Positiv: Die Lage und Größe der Wohung ist TOP. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küchenausstattung war auch alles da was man benötigt.

A renovated apartment a 20 minutes walk from St Stephans cathedral

Positiv: A renovated apartment in an old (high-ceiling) building, located in a quiet, yet central area. Stephansdom is about a 20-minute walk away, and the Rathaus is around 35–40 minutes on foot. There is a SPAR supermarket just across the street and a sushi take-away nearby.

Negativ: The property feels a bit overpriced for what it offers. The cleaning was not properly organised — upon arrival we received damp towels, and although we informed the host, no action was taken. There were also a few smaller issues: the bed linen on one of the beds didn’t fit well and bunched up during the night. The mattress cover on the other bed was deformed, with bumps that wake you up during the night.

Positiv: Huge property! The best value for money we have experienced in Europe so far and only 10 minute walk to city centre

Negativ: Bit hard to find so make sure you have wifi to access the directions. Maybe these could be provided slightly earlier when people have more opportunities for wifi

Great value, authentic accommodation.

Positiv: Beautiful Austrian city apartment, nicely renovated, big space, close to great restaurants and the outdoor fair. Comfortable, nicely equipped and stocked with shower essentials. Would love to come back for exporting Christmas markets with the rest of the family.

Negativ: Beds and pillows were lacking in quality. I get that this is an air BnB but ikea mattresses and pillows just don’t cut it and compromised the overall quality feel and experience.

One of the most fabulous stay in a rented accommodation

Positiv: This apartment had every facility that one needs while on a holiday or on a work trip. One of the most spacious apartments that I have ever rented while on holidays or work trip. Location was super good, right next to underground train station. A stones throw away from the main touristic area. Innumerable restaurants around.

Negativ: Nothing that I didn’t like.

Positiv: The apartment comes with all the essentials, very clean, spacious , perfect location, cooking options and a Spar nearby.... Staff was very responsive and helpful.

Negativ: Apartment needs some renovation, bathroom handle was falling off every now and then, main door lock was also not in a great condition. Something to minimise the noise from outside would make the location perfect.

Positiv: Location is amazing, near by the metro U1. Restaurants around. Safe and silente area. Very clean.

Positiv: Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Apparently only recently renovated or newly equipped. Good quality furniture and bed linens. Excellent location with nice restaurants and shops nearby. In walking distance to the city - unless you want to take the nearby subway.

Negativ: Nothing fundamental, but: the bathrooms fall behind the other rooms. The faucet of the main bathroom seems to have never been correctly attached to the washbasin, same with the toilet seat. While the rooms were clean in general, I found a plastic bottle and bag underneath of one of the beds. It has been pointed out before that the apartment will never see much sunlight - but there is ample artificial light, unfortunately not dimmable.
