Apartment Exclusive - right near Vienna's Old City

Gemütlich, ruhig und zentral.

Positiv: Sehr schönes Apartment mit viel Platz und allem, was man braucht. Wirklich perfekte Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Die U-Bahn ist nicht ganz nah, aber gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht.

Negativ: Ein bisschen dunkel.

Positiv: Great range of practical amenities provided, comfortable and easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Very good location with convenient transport links to most places in the city.

Positiv: Excellent location, close to metro and Prater New and well-equipped apartment Excellent attitude

Wonderful apartment in Central Vienna

Positiv: The flat is in pristine condition, with all the amenities and services one may need while on holiday. It's brand new, beds are super comfy, there are a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher (we used them all), coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, close to two Ubahn stops and many trams, while also very near the center. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe.

Negativ: The flat is on the ground floor and lacks natural light, which also makes it a bit damp (but it wasn't a big problem). The door has a glass pane, which means that anyone sleeping on the sofa bed will have early morning light coming in.

Fabulous apartment a home from home

Positiv: Great location not too far from the main attractions, walking distance. Really spacious and comfortable, loved the washing machine after some travelling handy to have. Did not really use the kitchen as plenty of places to eat nearby. Very comfortable bed and a sofa bed if needed. Lovely soft towels and a great shower. The apartment was very quiet which we liked no noisy neighbours or banging doors. Great to have air conditioning as out all day on return the apartment was warm so cooled down quickly. I appreciated the communication from the team with local knowledge helped me with directions and early drop off of suitcases prior to check in.

Negativ: It was a great, clean property there were no complaints from us, we had a great time visiting Vienna and had a nice relaxing place to return to each day.

Positiv: Very clean, spacious, very good location. I would definitely choose it again

Wonderful stay at Apartment Exclusive !

Positiv: The apartment was really confortable, very clean and calm, with a very convenient location close to the city center ad to the metro station. The contact with the owners was easy and very friendly, the key box very convenient. We particularly loved the large pillows and the radio in the bathroom ! We highly recommend this apartment.

Negativ: They are small details but we missed a coat rack and maybe additional storage for the luggages.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Located just a 5-minute walk from the city center, it’s the perfect spot to explore the area. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always available and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back! This place is truly worth it! Highly recommended!
