A place to call home

Positiv: Der Schlüsseltresor war etwas schwer zu finden, da die Angaben die per Textnachricht kam nicht richtig gestimmt hat. Das Appartement hat mich dafür aber mehr als positiv überrascht!

Positiv: Nette, kleine Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung in ruhiger Lage. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Wien. Nespressomaschine mit Tabs. Voll funktionsfähige Küche. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Negativ: Die Haustür war mit dem Code schwer zu öffnen. Wir bekamen Hilfe von einer Hausbewohnerin. Die Wohnungstür ist schwer zu schließen, Schnappe klemmt. Das geforderte Abziehen der Bettwäsche war mir sehr unangenehm, einer der Polster ist sehr schmutzig. Die Sauberkeit im Kühlschrank und im Kasten lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Vermieterin antwortete nicht auf unsere letzte Nachricht. Fürs Parkhaus muss man vorher und nachher in die Wohnung wegen der Parkkarte und jedes Mal einen Parkplatz suchen und zahlen.

Schöne gut gelegenes Apartment für Kurzurlaub

Positiv: Schönes Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub in Wien. Und 2min entfernt eine leckere Bäckerei wo man alles Für's Frühstück bekommt.🤗🤗. Parkplatz ist in 9min. entfernt auch schnell erreichbar und Öffis sind um die Ecke.

In Großen und Ganzen war alles gut. Wir würden bei Gelegenheiten hier gerne wieder Platz nehmen. Danke schön.

Positiv: Gute Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, ruhige Lage und Nachbarschaft. Kontakt mit der Wohnungsbesetzerin war sehr schnell und angenehm.

Negativ: Uns fehlen solche Kleinigkeiten wie Toaster, Schuhanzieher, Kochmesser.

Positiv: Great location, well connected to city center and in close proximity to local amenities e.g., supermarkets, pharmacy, salons and cafes/retauraunts. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Local area was quiet and safe.

Negativ: dishes were not very clean. I was unable to view the website with apartment entry instructions at the location as I had no internet connection and I assumed the instructions and/or wifi password would have been relayed via booking.com or email. this is my mistake rather that a company fault however it would have been helpful to have access to this information elsewhere. Luckily I was able to use the hotspot of a delivery driver.

Overall really good stay!

Positiv: Nice big apartment with the self check-in, with all the needed amenities. Really comfortable and good communication with the owner. Instructions were all very helpful. Area is very quiet. The location is not too bad, 10min on foot to the subway station and with supermarkets nearby.

Negativ: Only one towel was available, would be good to have at least 2: for example for hands and for body

Positiv: Komfortable, modern, clean, good location, no problems by parking

Negativ: The unlocked system outside the building doesn't work always, so it\

Positiv: new apartment (too bad it was inhabited before), the owner was very communicative

Negativ: one of the pillows was dirty, there was a dirty towel under the topper (bedroom), needs a bigger table, no balcony, parking was a little far, all the dishes were dirty (in the washing machine)

Positive

Positiv: Price vs service level is good. Contact person helpful & respective. Possibility to place the car in garage nearby.

Negativ: Little bit strange to use electronic key as application in mobile. I prefer classic keys.

When you get in, the apartment has everything 😊

Positiv: Location was great, close to metro and highway to Czech Republic.

Negativ: You need to download an app to open a door, so it is limited for people with smartphones. Also we have trouble to access it via sended code, so frustrated, but probably the future right 🙂
