Central Mariahilfer Apartment 4 min to the city shopping center and Schönbrunn Palace

Positiv: Top-Lage, fußläufig U-Bahn und Bus gut erreichbar. Ruhige Gegend.

Hat alles gepasst, gerne wieder.

Positiv: Die Lage war gut, um die Öffis zu erreichen. Rundherum viele Lokale. Und vor allem das der Bäcker (Balkan) auch am Feiertag offen hatte. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Frisches Gebäck und Mehlspeise, und Kaffee zu Mitnehmen.

Negativ: Das man früher einchecken wollte, wurde beim buchen bekannt gegeben, aber man bekam keine Bestätigung, ob das angekommen ist. . Aber am Anreisetag konnte man das super telefonisch abklären.

Positiv: Sehr helle, geräumige Whg, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon, der erwähnt wird und keine Fotos vorhanden sind, ist ca 1,20 m lang und 1 m breit (franz. Balkon). Genügt zum Rauchen, mehr aber nicht. Für meinen Geschmack waren die Kopfkissen sehr hart, hatte Gott sei Dank n kleines dabei. Badezimmer mit Durchlauferhitzer und geräumiger Dusche war für mich völlig ausreichend. Auch ist ein TV vorhanden. Wäscheständer wurde ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Wenn ich keinen größeren Wert auf einen Wechsel meiner Urlaubswhg legen würde, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles und eine Gute Zeit ! P.s. Positiv: Küche super ausgestattet. Kaffee, Gewürze, Utensilien.

Negativ: Fenster komplett nicht zu öffnen!!! Handtücher vorhanden aber sehr dünn.

Very strategic location

Positiv: The apartment is 300 m from the Grumpendorfer station . It's walking distance to Spars. The beds are comfortable and 2 sets of double bed in the hall. Another double bed in a room. There is a washer only , the wall mounted electric dryer rack is useful . There is a clothes hanger too. Kitchen cum dining hall. The only setback is the lights of the main entrance to the apartment on the third floor stairs was not working on the second day. Upon checking out , noted there is a switch on the Right at the entrance, wonder it should be pressed to get the lights working .Perhaps the host to notify the guests .

Negativ: The kettle needs proper Cleaning. Housekeeping to ensure the corners of the toilet and shower screen at tip top. The hall's clock is not working

Positiv: Well-equipped, cozy, and warm apartment. Located near Schönbrunn Palace and metro stations with easy access to the city center.

Negativ: It’s on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Everything else was great!

Okay stay for one night

Positiv: The apartment in Vienna was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a pleasant and restful stay.

Negativ: Communication with the host could be improved. I waited several days for a response regarding parking and payment for the dog stay, and only received clear answers on the last day. Additionally, the initial reply via WhatsApp was in Cyrillic, which made things more confusing. It would also be helpful to inform guests in advance that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator—especially important for those with mobility concerns. Lastly, the smell in the WC could be better managed.

Positiv: Clean, good located and and well equipped apartment. Caffe is bonus :)

Negativ: Only fan available for cooling so no air conditioning which may be too hot for some people in the sommer months.

A good option for its price

Positiv: Bright cozy rooms, quiet place, clean, separate kitchen with everything needed. Great heating, very warm flat for good price

Negativ: 3rd or 4th floor with steep stairs without elevator, not suitable for everyone, beds too soft. The apartment is located near the metro, but it is worth noting that this branch does not lead to the center, so if you need to get to the center quickly, this is another branch (15 minutes on foot from the apartment). The owner does not respond quickly enough, and only a couple of days before check-in, he specified that the surcharge for a dog is 15-20 euros for each! day of stay, not for the entire time. Parking is not provided, so you should be prepared to install an app and reserve it by yourself (it's not so complicated) my recommendation is to use the app - PAYUCA

Positiv: Appartamento ampio e con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. È in una zona comodissima e ben collegata ai mezzi di trasporto
