Positiv: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment with two king-size beds and a sofa. The living room is well separated from the bedroom by two doors and a small corridor, ensuring privacy and quiet. Located 20–30 minutes from the city center by public transport, almost without walking. Use the WienMobil app for single or long-term tickets. Secure parking is available in a partly covered inner courtyard. The flat can be conveniently entered either from the street or from the parking yard through a short corridor. The entrance door from the courtyard is easy to keep open when carrying luggage. Vehicles up to 2 m high, 2 m wide, and 5 m long can park inside.

Negativ: If you arrive by car, be mindful of street traffic when entering the gate. The turn into the courtyard gate can be a bit tight due to parked cars, but the double gate on the opposite building allows you to stop briefly on the one-way street while opening or closing the gate and retrieving the keys from the key box.

Positiv: Location is perfect, everything is near, supermarket, restaurant, cafes. Parking inside building and for free. Facilities are ok.

Negativ: Washing machine very small and inside bedroom. Water heater inside bedroom make noise all the time. Flat in ground floor on street side, very dark always. Place is not clean. Client didnt come to meet us and show us the place, we had to keep calling without answer while we are in street and they only replied in text on booking saying follow instructions. Price is expensive comparing to all above and market price.

Short trip to Vienna

Positiv: Perfect location near one od the greatest Vienna's atraction! Owner sent all details regarding check-in earler. Parking space is located in the courtyard, and only really small car can fit there. Apartament is really cosy and spacious. Well equiped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi are present. Two metro stations approx. 10 minutes by foot. Highy recommend!

Positiv: Good location, close to bus and metro lines. Really clean. Excellent communication with hosts. Private parking inside the yard was spacious enough for 4.45m long and 1.85m wide car.

Negativ: Some difficulties using hot water. When you set the shower to pleasent temperature, it varies from hot to cold. I suppose it's related to gas water heater, switching on and off. Not a deal breaker, just annoying.

Positiv: Location, parking, clean and tidy. Will return for sure.

Positiv: Large apartment with separate bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and private parking space.

Negativ: There was no place where you could leave dishes after washing to dry them.

Positiv: It was very clean, comfortable, cozy. We stayed when the nights are cold, and there was really warm with blankets they offered. There were four of us adults and one six months old baby. Apartmant is fully equiped with everything we needed: hairdryer, towels, kettle, tea, coffee, flipflops. The apartment is new, really nice looking. It is in the good area, with U4 4 stations from Karlsplatz, and from there 1 station with U1 to Stephansplatz. It took us 15 minutes to go to Stephansplatz. Spar market is near, and some restaurants with fast food. The host is really responsive, responds to messages really quickly, very kind. We really liked being here! Also, big plus for the free parking. It’s in the private area behind the flat, so it is secure. We highly recommend this apartment.

Negativ: It’s not the dealbreaker for us, but there are blured windows due to the fact that the apartmant is on the ground floor, so you can’t look outside. Also, there is a water heater in the bedroom, so it can be a little bit noisy when one person is taking shower, and the other one is sleeping.

Negativ: Nu am nimic de reproșat.

Positiv: Зручні та затишні апартаменти. Власник надіслав детальну інструкцію для заселення та проживання, вказавши альтернативні варіанти парковки авто (на випадок, якщо авто завелике).
