Positiv: Ausstattung und Lage der Unterkunft ist super, alles wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der nächste Supermarkt ist in 7min erreichbar. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin lief auch einwandfrei.

Positiv: freundliche Gastgeberin, gute Lage, große Räume, gute Matratze, und faire Preise

Negativ: Etwas schwierig mit der Haushälterin zu kommunizieren

Wohnungen mit Albaucharme und wunderbarem Service

Positiv: Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Auch das wir eine Person mehr waren als angekündigt, war kein Problem und es wurde umgehend ein weiteres Bett hergerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen gelungenen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Really big apartment for low price in excellent localization with nice host

Positiv: We booked largest 85m2 apartment for 4 adult people. Localization is great, You have stations for two metro lines or trams. About the apartment: two toilets work's good (I read previous opinions about problems with them - from my experience, is not true), beds is also good, there is a small kitchen witch a simple equipment and fridge. The building is managed by old lady, who don't speak English, but she speak German, Italian, and you also can use google translate, so communication isn't a problem. Also she's very kind and helpful. Apartament is old but for this price it's excellent choice.

Negativ: The wooden floor is really noisy. It's not a problem when all of you wake up early. But if someone want sleep little bit longer, the rest probably woke him. One of fridges didn't work, but there is a second one. Also we found a two dirty towels, but the host-lady quickly changed them and still apartament had a lot of clean towels. Equipment is old, but once again - for that price is understandable.

A 2 night stay in Vienna

Positiv: The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is at a 5-7 minute walk from a subway station. The kitchen and dining room had all the needed amenities. I liked that the bath tub was big enough so that it was comfortable for a tall person.

Negativ: The bed and the floor in one of the bedrooms were a bit too squeaky. But even so, the room was still comfortable.

Excellent self-catering base. Would recommend.

Positiv: Quiet old fashioned apartment in excellent location with transport, shops and bars all on hand. Super friendly and helpful host in same block. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to explore Vienna for a few days or a week.

Negativ: Apartment is a bit tired and not everything worked perfectly. Host sorted any significant problems immediately however. Nothing that would stop you enjoying your stay.

Very nice appartement

Positiv: We went during the summer and the appartement was very comfortable. Very close to the Schonnbrun castle with many shops around. A bit further from the city center but the public transportation make it quite accessible.

Negativ: Nothing particularly bad, the gas stove was a bit difficult to use

Really nice place but difficult contact with the owner.

Positiv: It was well located and good price. Everything was comfortable and there was space for 7 people.

Negativ: The landlady doesn’t speak english so it was really difficult to communicate. And the toilet is electric and real narrow so it got stuck and the owner was really angry but it wasn’t our fault. A toilet is made to use it.

Positiv: It is a good property, host Ameli is very nice and kind.

Negativ: There was some internet issue.
