Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Positiv: Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, in der man es locker eine Woche ausgehalten hätte. Ein- und Auschecken ging problemlos, ohne direkten Kontakt, über eine Schlüsselbox bei der Haustür. Die Ferienwohnung war im 4. Stock - Aufzug vorhanden. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. WLAN hat gut funktioniert.
Negativ: Es war ziemlich warm im Zimmer und bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man halt den Straßenlärm.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgerüstet, mit einer modernen Küche und ziemlich viel Platz für eine Familie. Das Personal war immer verfügbar, sehr nett und höflich.
Negativ: Es könnte besser sein, wenn ein 6er Set von Bestecke, Teller, usw. dabei verfügbar wäre. Ansonsten top!

Calm area, nearby supermarkets, great transport, 30-min riverside walk, clean and well-equipped, friendly host.
Positiv: Apartment is located in a nice calm area, supermarkets are within 5-10 min walk, there’s metro station and tram stop very close so it’s very easy to get to any part of the city, however even walking to the centre will take around 30 min on a nice river side promenade. Markus was very friendly, supported us with all questions. Flat is very clean, everything we needed was available. Overall it was very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Negativ: To be honest nothing I can think of. Everything was great.

Positiv: This place is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute bus ride from Vienna's center in a quiet neighborhood with friendly locals. The neighbors are super quiet, and the kitchen is lovely. Plus, the bedroom is a great size – overall, a perfect spot! The owner was very kind.

A great place to stay in Vienna
Positiv: Lots of space in the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Not too far off from the center, well connected with trams. Elevator.
Negativ: Water flow in the shower was a little weak. Beds were a little hard, nothing too bad.

Really nice
Positiv: It was very clean and all put in place. It is close to the bus, tram and underground. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate to. Very good choice for a citybreak.
Negativ: It was a little bit loud. There were so many sounds during the night.

Very clean, newly renovated apartment in a good location
Positiv: Apartment was extremely clean, seems like it was newly renovated, so everything inside was new. There was hot water, clean and comfy towels, coffee machine etc, basically everything you need for a stay. Lidl was 3 min away, you could get some fresh baked goods there for breakfast, otherwise there were plenty of other options in cafes nearby.
Negativ: The mattress on the bed was hard as stone! I prefer hard mattresses over soft, but this one was too much even for me. I would advise hosts to arrange a topper mattress for this one, your future guests will appreciate it.

It was great.
Positiv: Bright, clean and beautiful flat. Public transport in 1 minute walking from the flat. If you like to walk you will need 20-25 minutes to get to the center of Vienna. The Lidl supermarket is located on the corner of the building.

Positiv: Klucze w skrytce, 4. piętro ale jest winda, bardzo wygodne łóżko (twarde), świetny net. Blisko tramwaj czy ubahn. W kuchni dość wyposażenia, zmywara, piekarnik, mała lodówka ale chłodzi jak szalona.
Negativ: Może trochę poprawić czystość (brudne plastikowe sztućce po poprzednich lokatorach), okolice wanny z czarną pleśnią. Ale to drobiazgi. Brakuje jakiegoś stolika przy kanapie.
