Klein aber Fein mit Terrasse

schnelle Hilfe von Gastgeber!

Positiv: Tatsächlich haben wir nicht in diesem Apartment gewohnt, weil wir als wir ankamen, feststellten, dass es nur einen Raum und kein Schlafsofa hat - anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Glücklicherweise kam sofort jemand und kümmerte sich um unser Anliegen und konnte uns ein anderes Apartment in einem anderen Stadtviertel zur Verfügung stellen, dass unseren Anforderungen genügte bzw. unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllte. War alles super da. Höchste Punktzahl also vor allem für die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, einen Punktabzug nur dafür, dass wir nicht in dem hier angegebenen, von uns ursprünglich gebuchten Apartment waren. Über das kann ich also eigentlich nicht viel aussagen.

Es war angenehm und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist der Hit einfach Top das Apartment sowie der Preis!

Positiv: Tolle Lage zu einem guten Preis. Schön großes Zimmer.

Negativ: Fehlende Klimaanlage bei über 30 Grad. Fehlender Duschvorhang oder ähnliches im Bad.

Positiv: Everything went smoothly. They respond quickly to phone calls and emails. The location is good.

Positiv: Small but nice and clean. There is also a good hairdryer with diffuser.

Negativ: The fridge fan is really loud, it has to be repared. And you should defenitely tell where to leave the keys at least by the evening of the day before the departure (or write it somewhere in the apartment) - I needed to contact them as by 9 PM I had no infos

Great choice. Highly recommended.

Positiv: A very comfortable apartment for two people with a lovely terrace. Very clean and well equipped. Also very quiet and conveniently located next to the tram stop, two super markets and a pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Negativ: Perhaps the addition of a small safe box would be nice, so guests can store valuables while out exploring Vienna.

Esperienza fantastica nel monolocale.

Positiv: Completa di tutto, spaziosa, con cucina grande, monolocale ben areato. Terrazzo spazioso nel cortile interno. Materasso molto morbido.

Negativ: Prese elettriche da sistemare.

Positiv: L'appartamento di per sé è carino e confortevole, la posizione è comoda dato che a 100m appena usciti dalla porta vi è la fermata del tram che passa ad ogni momento Molto tranquilla la zona e di notte è silenziosissimo L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano, con qualche scala si raggiunge la porta d'ingresso. Appena so entra vi è il bagno (un po' strano dato che il WC è in una porta sulla sinistra, mentre la vasca doccia, lavandino e lavatrice sono in un altra porta sulla destra). Ma detto questo c'è tutto e non c'è da lamnetarsi. Più avanti vi è la stanza principale con un letto matrimoniale, la cucina sulla destra e un tavolo. Cucina con tutto e la stanza è ampia, non è per nulla angusta, con finestre e una porta finestra che da sul terrazzino. Non ho avuto ontatti con il proprietario, non c'è stato bisogno dato che le chiavi sono all'esterno con la combinazione. Detto ciò tutto buono, ci ritornerei 👍🏻
