Super Zentral und trotzdem Preiswert

Positiv: Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und Prater.

Negativ: Untertags Baulärm von der Straße Parkplätze sind in Wien Mangelware dafür kann aber der Anbieter nichts.

Positiv: Everything is clean, the location is great, everything is close

Negativ: The door was locked from the inside if we forgot to bring the key, so we had to call a locksmith

Positiv: The location was excellent, lots of shops near by, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants. 30 mins by foot to get to the center, 5 mins to get to prater amusement park - kids loved it there. Underground on our doorstep 10/10 The apartment itself was very spacious for our family of 6.

Negativ: Was missing a frying pan in the kitchen to cook eggs

Spacious apartment, great location, unfriendly host

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious, with three large rooms and spacious kitchen and corridor. The beds were really comfortable. and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is excellent - very close to U1, short walk from the Ring and from Prater, and plenty of shops and cafes along the street. There is an APCOA garage just 100 or so metres down the street and it's an excellent and affordable way to leave vehicle while in Vienna.

Negativ: We did know that there was no air conditioning unit, but I did expect to find a ventilator - there was one, but wasn't working. At the same time, we couldn't properly close all the windows, on a 30+ Celsius day. The communication with the host (which was pretty basic to start with) got strained after I asked a pretty simple question (about setting up the second bed in the third bedroom). We were accused of using too many towels although the towel I used was left drying on the drying rack (with a lot of other bedlinen - somewhat strange sight) and I assumed that these were free for us to use - otherwise, why just leave them there? There's a lot of construction noise on Praterstrasse - this is just fyi, if you're looking for a quiet location this definitely isn't one.

Positiv: L'appartamento è grande e spazioso, nonostante abbia un solo bagno, anche in 7 ci si sta comodamente. La cucina è ampia e ci si poteva sedere tutti intorno al tavolo.

Negativ: Su booking non è indicato l'indirizzo corretto. La casa si trova a praterstrasse 78, non a paraterstrasse 2, cioè 15 minuti a piedi fuori dal centro rispetto a quanto pensavamo.

Positiv: Per dormire tutto comodo, i letti perfetti. La struttura molto pulita, vicino abbiamo tutto, il kebab la sera e il bar per fare colazione molto carino sotto la struttura, vicino al Prater e una view incredibile

Negativ: Niente in particolare

Positiv: Centrale, e vicinissimo alla metro, a due passi dal prater. Casa molto grande e molto confortevole. Cucina completa di tutto.

Negativ: Unica cosa che non funzionava era l'asciugacapelli.

Posizione ottima peccato un solo piccolo bagno per 6/8 persone

Positiv: La posizione eccellente a Pratern, a tutti i mezzi e servizi

Negativ: Un big family appartament per 6/8 persone con un solo piccolo bagno risulta essere poco agevole
