Sehr großzügig geschnittene Unterkunft für vier mit sehr guter Anbindung.

Positiv: Sehr gut gelegen, U-Bahnanschluss quasi um die Ecke, viele Möglichkeiten sich gut und abwechslungsreich zu versorgen waren fussläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selber war gut ausgestattet, zwei große Schlafzimmer, Küche ordentlich ausgestattet, sehr sauber und eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Positiv: Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof super. Grosse Zimmer. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Negativ: Einige Sachen gehören repariert.

Nette, geräumige Unterkunft in Nähe Hauptbahnhof

Positiv: Leider ging das Wlan nicht, die Vermieterin hat schnell und freundlich auf das Problem reagiert. Wir konnten unser Gepäck tagsüber noch im Gebäude sicher lagern.

Positiv: Große Wohnung mit 4 vollwertigen Betten in ruhiger Lage

Negativ: - Etwas spärliche Ausstattung (keine Nachtschränke bzw. Nachttischlampen) - Baugerüst vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern

Trotz kleiner Mängel sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Positiv: Große Räume, sehr gute Betten, ruhig und nahe am Bahnhof, Räume sauber gut zu heizen, Vermieter sehr freundlich und schnell erreichbar

Negativ: Dies sind Verbesserungsvorschläge. Es gibt kleine Mängel, die leicht zu beheben sind: Türklinken locker, z.T. keine Nachttische und keine Nachttischlampen, Heizung im Bad muss repariert werden, kein Haken für Handtücher in der Toilette, Wasserhahn in Küche wackelt, Ceranfeld des Herds muss geputzt werden, Jalousie in einem Zimmer defekt. Es gibt keine Stühle in den Schlafzimmern, wo man auch mal sitzen oder etwas ablegen kann.

Positiv: Very easy to access; owner very responsive. Two bedrooms and modern facilities in an old style building.

Negativ: A bit soulless: some pictures on the walls would lend character

Overall affordable stay with house facilities

Positiv: The house is spacious and equipped with kitchen and washing machine just like a home. Great location with 5mins walk to metro station and about 8mons walk to tram station.

Negativ: The sound proof doesn’t good as we can hear the neighbour on top was running around in the house. The water tap is loosen up and toilet bowl seat also came off.

Great apartment - would highly recommend

Positiv: Apartment was very convenient to train, underground and tram. It was very spacious with high ceilings and a lot of character. Luggage storage on day of departure a bonus. The photos did not do it justice. Very easy to communicate with host.

Negativ: Building entrance was a bit shabby and as a first impression was not good

Positiv: The place was spacious with 2 bedrooms. Came with kitchen and small eating place with chairs that was fairly well stocked and a clothes washer. The beds were comfortable. the place was clean.

Negativ: No elevator.

Good Stay and near to train station.

Positiv: We are in the apartment that had finished renovating . The other 3 units is still renovating. They only worked in the daytime while we are out visiting. Night time is very peaceful. Once we are in the apartment, it is very comfortable. We had the best sleep here while holidaying in East Europe.

Negativ: As per most older accommodation , they do not have lift. We had to carry our heavy luggage up 3 floor up. Really appreciate the workers, renovating the other units to help us carry the luggage up.
