Gemütliche, super saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage

Positiv: Super saubere Wohnung, alles war da - ausgestattete Küche, Tee, Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher… alles was man so braucht. Tolle Lage, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem viele Restaurants und Läden um die Ecke. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall eine tolle Wahl!

Negativ: Recht teuer, aber das ist wahrscheinlich überall in Wien um die Winterzeit so.

Positiv: Hilfreiche und nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist wie in den Fotos und war sehr gemütlich. Guter Preis.

Negativ: Keine Kochmöglichkeit, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Der Hauseingang ist alt und bräuchte eine Renovierung.

Positiv: Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und alles ist klug durchdacht. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage habe ich mir, da so nah am Bahnhof, unwirtlicher vorgestellt. Aber es kam mir sehr sicher vor. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktioniert toll. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Negativ: Alles bestens

Nice stay and nice host.

Positiv: The landlady was so kind to let us put our luggage in before checkin time, and she always responds in time. The room is pretty clean with good facilities. The location is very convenient , close to the railway station and subway.

Negativ: It' better for stay longer if there's a washing machine. The room is on the ground floor with the sidewalk outside the window, which is not very pleasant. Other things are all right.

Clean, cozy, central and nice.

Positiv: The apartment was clean and cozy. There was everything I needed: the bed, the wardrobe, the towels, there was even an iron and an iron board! I loved the coffee machine! It was precious 💞 There were coffee capsules and a chocolate too! The location was perfect: 4 minutes to a metro station and very close to the bus station. I had an early flight so it was important to get on the shuttle bus on time. I was on a short holiday, taking 2 excursions a day. Most meetings points were 18-25 min on public transport from the apartment. The flat owner was so kind as to come and check if I haven't forgotten to switch off the iron when I was on my way to HallStatt 😮

Successful choice

Positiv: Pleasant object. It had everything as described. The apartment is on the ground floor, but thanks to special stickers the interior was not visible from the street. Close to the metro station and train station, so communication was not a problem. There are many restaurants nearby, and the facility itself is located on a side street, so there isn't noisy. Good contact with the host via Whatsapp

Negativ: The material from which the countertop is made is sticky, which makes it feel unpleasant. However, there are mats placed on it, so it is not bothersome

Positiv: The host was very involved, I received sufficient details about the entrance, while it was a self-service. The apartment is located in 7 minutes walking distance from the Wien Hbf, so it's good for a night or two if you have to commute via Vienna. The apartment itself is modern, clean, the kitchen is fairly equipped (fridge, coffee maker with sufficient number of coffee capsules, microwave, kettle, a little cooking hob. It was quiet, the curtains were truly thick (blackout). So, it was a convinient place to spend one night, especially you have to arrive late and to leave early.

Negativ: The apartment is really tiny. It's pretty nice for one or two nights stay, even for two people, but maybe a bit small of you would like to spend long time there.

Great value for money, we got even more than we expected. Would stay here again.

Positiv: The apartment was very easy to find. It was very convenient that the lock was electronical, so we got all the info, codes and even a video with guidelines how to enter the apartment. The location was great, near the main train station that had a lot of shops and a luggage storage where we left our bags the last day. Belvedere was in a 10-15 min walking distance, and we didnt use the public transportation at all.

Cozy and convenient

Positiv: Everything was clean, and although a bit small, very comfortable and cozy. The location was great, you have supermarkets and a metro stop nearby. You also have one of the main train stations of the city five minutes away.

Negativ: Nothing, it was great
