Perfekt zum übernachten

Positiv: Wir haben Freunde in Wien besucht und brauchten die Ferienwohnung somit nur für zwei Nächte zum übernachten. Dafür war sie absolut ausreichend und gut. Es war alles da, was man benötigt.

Negativ: Mir persönlich war der Geräuschpegel von der Straße etwas zu laut, aber ich bin das auch nicht gewohnt. Eine etwas dickere Bettdecke wäre Ende Oktober auch schön gewesen, aber auch das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Positiv: Eine Superidee den Altbau so zu nutzen. Ich liebe hohe Räume. Als Unterkunft für die Entdeckung Wiens bestens geeignet. Für uns etwas schwierig, das Treppenhaus (66&68 Jahre alt). Für Erkunder ein toller Einstieg ins Tag und Nacht Leben dieser wunderschönen Stadt

Negativ: Die Treppen

Positiv: Schönes kleines Apartment nahe Stadthalle, ideal für den Besuch von Veranstaltungen dort. Bequemes Bett. Ungewöhnliche Zusammenstellung Flur, Küche, Dusche und Toilette im gleichen Raum

Negativ: Der Hausgang ist sehr herunter gekommen. Auf die Frage nach einem Parkplatz kam die Antwort, dass auf der Straße vor dem Haus öffentliches Parken möglich sei. Aber kein Hinweis und kein Schild, dass es sich um eine Kurzparkzone handelt. Hat uns einen Strafzettel über 36€ eingebracht.

Positiv: Alles ordentlich und sauber, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe.

Super Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder!

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Dusche habe ich geliebt und das Bett war unglaublich bequem.

Negativ: Leider war die Straße wirklich ziemlich laut, was 'aber nur' bei offenem Fenster gestört hat.

Negativ: Aside from being locked out for 20 minutes on monday and the microwive being a little difficult (stuff was easily too well done while not being on the highest setting) the stay was perfect as said previously, it is still poorly sound-proofed and you can hear cars passing.

Positiv: Easy access to public transport. The quirkiness of the accommodation. Great space for a solo traveller.

Perfect for a short stay and walking distance to everything.

Positiv: Super clean, walkable from westbahm station. Good heating, excellent shower. All the facilities one needs. Very good communication with host who arranged extra sheets for my son. Simple check in with key box.

Negativ: Slightly off putting entrance which was very messy downstairs.

Great location in Vienna

Positiv: Great location, nice and clean apartment, small but it got everything you need for a few days trip :)

Good spot if you don’t have the need to stay in the city center.

Positiv: Nice big room, quiet area, close to subway and bus station. Great shower with good water power and very hot water. Good wifi. Microwave that also has a grill function. Some really nice solutions to create more space, like foldable chairs and dining table. 2 supermarkets really close by. Public transport is really good in Vienna, so even if you are staying far away from the city centre, you get there quite fast with the u-bahn (Thaliastrasse-stop). Easy way of working with the key in a locked box outside the building (it's the lower one of the 2 key boxes).

Negativ: Bed was terrible, frame did not feel sturdy, mattress needs replacing and the pillow is terrible. Blankets are also quite thin, fine for the summer but I think it will be cold in the winter. There is a nice tv with even a soundbar but the tv has no channels. A guest before me had spilled during cooking and it had gone under the microwave, this was not cleaned, had to clean it myself. The dishes were also not clean. The front door has a window in it that you can open, but the wood around the latches to secure the window is not in good condition. I think a good push from the outside would make it possible to open the window. And with the front door of the building being left open by the residents all the time, I was a bit worried the apartment would get broken into (didn’t happen thankfully). Not a lot of room to hang your clothes, more shelves than hanging space. I also could not figure out how the heating works, seems to be some sort of panel heating, I thought it was quite warm in the room, had to open the window to cool it down. It was a bit difficult as well to find the apartment number, it was a very small number high above the door (building number was easy to find though). But overall I was very pleased with my stay.
