Zentrale Lage

Positiv: Schöne zentrale Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen. Es gibt einen Aufzug und eine Waschmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Positiv: Super Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung Alles da, zur Perfektion haben nur noch ein Korkenzieher ein Flaschenöffner und eine Teekanne gefehlt. Sonst alles Bestens. Komme wieder.

Negativ: Kein Korkenzieher Flaschenöffner und Teekanne

Positiv: Perfekte Lage, ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin! Gemütliches Appartement, die Kopfkissen waren etwas sehr groß und ein paar Bilder an den Wänden könnten nicht schaden, aber sonst alles super!

Positiv: Perfekte Lage, extrem netter Gastgeber, sehr gute Wohnung mit allem, was man an Ausstattung braucht.

Negativ: Lässt sich nicht gut abdunkeln.

Insgesamt schön!

Positiv: Lage war gut. Zimmer war architektonisch ansprechend. Appartement war relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war unkompliziert.

Negativ: Es gab ein kleines Wasserleck im Badezimmer bei der Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer konnte nicht vernünftig abgedunkelt werden. Die Küche hätte sauberer sein können. Die Henkel der Töpfe wurden beim Kochen so heiß, dass man sie nicht mehr mit den Händen anfassen konnte.

Positiv: Die zentrale Lage und nette, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Schöne ruhige Wohnung, direkt gegenüber ein Spar und viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend.

Great stay in Neubau

Positiv: A great, private apartment in the cool suburb of Neubau! It was clean, tidy and well appointed with good amenities and a comfy bed. It was quiet and peaceful on the highest floor of the building.The host also provided lots of great local recommendations which was helpful for our stay.

Negativ: Just a little bit of confusion with check-in, as the message we received told us to call someone called Ella for access to the building but then when we tried, we were told she was in Greece...thankfully someone else let us in and we could follow the other instructions. In any case, our other host was responsive by message!

Excellent locations for concerts and city exploration.

Positiv: The location of the apartment was excellent, because it is close to everything and especially the Wiener Stadthalle where we went for a concert. There were appliances for cooking meals which was really convenient. The beds were really comfy also.

Negativ: There was no ventilation for the bathroom or above the stove, which wasn't a big problem for our travel in spring, because we could open windows to ventilate everything, but if it had been in the winter, then it would be difficult to do so.

Positiv: the apartment is very nice and clean. perfect for a short trip.

New and comfortable!

Positiv: Very nice location, the place is completely renewed and very comfortable, the heating was working perfeclty and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The bathroom is spacious and completely new. It locates in a quiet street, with bars and restaurants near, just 20 minutes by foot to the Hofburg and the near city centre. The communication with the host was fast, and they responded immediately for our check-in at 1 in the morning.

Negativ: While the check in and the collection of the keys was very easy, it wasn't very clear how to enter the main building during the stay, maybe is an information to clarify previously, but we had no problem nonetheless. The windows have the upper part which remains uncovered by the curtains, so the light slips in in the morning; it wasn't a problem for us, but for someone it would be better to bring a sleepmask
