Positiv: Self-Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, alles sauber, Lage gut.

Negativ: Das Zimmer lag im Tiefparterre, noch tiefer als die Straße, sodass es sehr dunkel war und bei offenem Fenster jeder hereinspazieren könnte - das war auf den Fotos nicht erkennbar.

Zentral gelegene, saubere und gut funktionierende Unterkunft mit phänomenaler Preis-Leistung.

Positiv: Home 1 ist ein Hostel Neu renoviert, sehr sauber mit vielen Nasszellen auf dem Gang und sauberer Küche hat all unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Das Hostel ist sehr einfach und ohne umzusteigen vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen und liegt sehr zentral.

Negativ: Schön wäre gewesen, wenn wir auf unsere Anfrage für eine vorzeitige Gepäckdeponierung im Hostel eine Antwort erhalten hätten, denn dann hätten wir das Gepäck gleich beim Hauptbahnhof bis zum Einchecken eingestellt. So war es nicht weiter tragisch, denn ganz in der Nähe beim Naschmarkt konnten wir es dann kurzfristig und unkompliziert deponieren.

Alles in Allem SEHR GUT. Von Buchung bis Rechnungslegung prompt, seriös und vertrauenswürdig.

Positiv: Lage sehr gut. Gemeinschaftsdusche / Waschnische sowie Gemeinschaftsküche stilvoll schlicht und modern. Sehr lobenswert ist die tägliche Reinigung aller Allgemeinräume. Ein grosses Danke Schön!

Negativ: Ein bis zwei WANDHAKEN zum Aufhängen einer Jacke / Mantels sowie Badetücher wäre sinnvoll.

Positiv: Günstig in guter Lage und der Telefonsupport war auch freundlich und kompetent

Beautiful & calm place

Positiv: The place was really nice, cozy and had everything I needed. Enough bathrooms for all guests, useful kitchen, everything was clean. Close to a big shopping area and lots of coffee places nearby. Also loved the value for money, will be coming back! Thanks for having me:)

Negativ: If you're going to the city centre, you always have to climb a few stairs, which might be a problem for older or disabled people, everything else was amazing!

Positiv: Great location very close to the city center. Fresh renovation. Very clean. Good value for money.

Negativ: The ventilation system was a bit noisy. Internet access was not very good during the peak hours.

Positiv: The rooms were comfortable, one can sleep and work there and there were enough showers and toilets for the number of people staying in the building.

Negativ: You have to code in mind even inside the building otherwise you lock yourself out.

Very convenient

Positiv: All I needed for a weekend stay. Great location, clean and well organized.

Negativ: Limited flexibility for early or late luggage drop-off. No real storage, staff was helpful to store luggage a bit longer in the room. Not perfect if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Positiv: Great property to stay at when visiting Vienna. Location was excellent, you can walk to city centre easily or a couple of mins walk to 2 subway lines and a major shopping street with supermarkets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a dishwasher but missing a dish cloth. Everything felt new and clean, bed comfortable, lots of power points, a fan in the room and a great price to have your own space.

Negativ: Just a suggestion but a stool in the room so you can easily open the window for fresh air. Wifi was a little patchy at times and there was noise from other rooms but that's to be expected.

FANTASTIC!

Positiv: Very clean, exceptional location next to a bustling centre and yet very quiet. Even though it’s a shared facility, didn’t have to wait for anything. Very high value for the tariff charged.

Negativ: The only part I didn’t like was that my room was at the deep end of the corridor and made me slightly anxious.
