Super für längere Aufenthalte weil man sich schnell so wohl wie zu Hause fühlt!
Positiv: Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren super! Die Wohnung ist außerdem super geschnitten sodass man viel Platz hat!
Negativ: Die Wände zum Nachbarn sind sehr dünn!

Positiv: Relativ zentrale Lage, perfekte Anbindung an ÖPNV Viel Platz, großzügige Raumaufteilung Ruhige Wohngegend, gepflegtes Haus, Bäckerei an der nächsten Ecke
Negativ: Sehr hellhörig (normale Gespräche der Nachbarn rechts und links können mitgehört werden) Während unseres Aufenthalts in App. 7a: Kleiderschrank teilweise defekt, Haare der Vormieter auf dem Sofa, Handbrause undicht, Stopfen im Waschbecken fehlt, Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht, Heizkörper im Schlafbereich konnte nicht abgedreht werden, aber das kann ja alles behoben werden...

Großes Apartment
Positiv: Größe des Apartments, großer Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, schnelles Internet, Aussicht vom 6. Stock, voll ausgestattete Küche inkl Waschmaschine, hell und große Fensterflächen
Negativ: Ungemütliches Ikea Bett mit dünner Matratze Self Check-in war problematisch, weil der Türschlüssel nicht im Wandtresor war. Bei einer Anreise um 22.30 Uhr war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Schließlich entschied ich mich für die nachbarschaftsunfreundliche Variante und habe alle anderen Zimmer durchgeläutet bis jemand geöffnet hat.

Sonst alles super - außer die Rollladen
Positiv: Alles, außer die Rollläden - als ein Sturm war, schlief ich am Sofa, weil ich es nicht geschafft habe die Rollläden rauf zu bringen - sie klapperten wirklich laut
Negativ: Die lauten Rollläden - ich hab hier in Booking in der Nacht an die Unterkunft geschrieben und bis heute keine Rückmeldung

Positiv: Gut ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Check-in, die Lage ist super, man ist in 15- 25 minuten überall in der innenstadt
Negativ: Die wände sind sehr dünn, wwir haben ständig unsere Nachbarn gehört

Large, well equipped apartment in a good location.
Positiv: The apartment was large with good facilities. (cooked, fridge, coffee machine, toaster etc...) It was close to grocery shops (Billa, Lidl, Spar). It would be easy to live here. The location was close to the city parks/tourist attractions.
Negativ: Nothing - No issues

Apartment very nice place very clean and closed to the city of vienna
Positiv: The apartment very near to attractive place like city hall vienna, st Stephen's Cathedral vienna,. The apartment was so nice and it was a very nice place to stay.
Negativ: The security code numbers for get the key is wrong numbers. Luckily the next door apartment at that time helping us to contact the management. We don't have any wifi or simcard at that time.

Good apartment but could be better
Positiv: Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable. Good communication and prompt response
Negativ: Instructions for entry to apartment were only available at short notice, only 2 hours before access time. Although well equipped, lacked a few basic items. Limited crockery and cutlery made it difficult when no facilities for drying dishes and only 2 dishwasher tablets left for 4 night stay. Scissors, tea and hand towels required, only bath towels provided. No heating in bathroom so very cold with tiled floor. A small rug in winter would be beneficial. Bedroom curtains ill- fitting, not a problem in mid winter but may be on summer. Sound proofing not good between flats, could hear neighbours talking and eating! Interconnecting door between flats should have double door facility which would improve sound proofing and provide security assurance.
