Apartment Schweglerstrasse - near Stadthalle

gute Wohnung in sehr, sehr guter Lage

Positiv: sehr gute Lage, ein paar Schritte zur U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Größe der Räume und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend

Negativ: schon ein wenig abgewohnt, wackeliger Sessel (Schrauben rausgefallen, Bestecklade fast nicht zu öffnen, Kaffeemaschine hatte auch schon bessere Tage)

Positiv: Perfekte Lage für Städtereisende. Sehr zentral, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, Ubahn in 100 Meter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, Ausstattung Zweckmäßig, unkomplizierter CheckIn, alles sauber,

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung, ein kleiner abzug was den Stauraum angeht.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Räume erwarten groß.

Negativ: Der Treppenaufgang hat teilweise unangenehm gerochen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Lage

Positiv: Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, so dass wir sehr viel Platz hatten. (Meine Einschätzung wäre, dass bis zu 5 Personen gut Platz finden.) Die Lage war sehr gut; wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben es im P+R-Parkhaus Ottakring stehen gelassen (kostet pro Tag 4,10€) und sind dann mit der U3 in die Schweglerstraße gefahren. Mit der U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn konnte man dann auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Außerdem waren viele Bäcker und Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe, so dass wir uns gut versorgen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich und der Zutritt mit Telefonnummer und Code hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug ist für einen normal fitten Menschen kein Problem. Uns hat nichts sehr gestört, und wir würden wieder kommen.

Negativ: Einige Punkte, die auch schon von anderen erwähnt wurden - wie gesagt, es hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört: - wenig Schränke und Stauraum - sehr harte Betten (ist aber Geschmackssache) - unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus - viel Straßenlärm, so dass wir nicht bei offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten

Positiv: Location is great! Metro and tram next to door! A lot of shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Clean apartment!

A comfortable and conveniently located apartment that’s great for a short stay in Vienna

Positiv: The apartment was clean, spacious . It’s conveniently located close to public transport and just a short walk from Stadthalle and other local attractions.

Positiv: Things We Liked: 1. The location was perfect — just a few steps from the subway. 2. The price was reasonable. However, we stayed during the off-season, so it might be different during peak tourist season. 3. The interior was modern and nicely designed. 4. The kitchen had coffee, tea, and sugar, which was a nice touch. 5. There was a washing machine and a place to dry clothes, which was very convenient. 6. The kitchen was well-equipped with various appliances, such as a microwave and an electric kettle, along with plenty of cutlery. 7. There is an elevator in the building, which is very helpful if you have luggage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose the same apartment.

Negativ: Things That Could Be Improved: 1. There was no cutting board, which made cooking a bit inconvenient. 2. We didn’t know where to throw out the trash, so after three days, the bin was quite full. Also, there were no trash bags—having a few would be really helpful. 3. Since the apartments are in an old Austrian building (though well renovated), the windows are not soundproof. This might be an issue for light sleepers. 4. The hallway door leading to the apartment doors did not have any apartment numbers on it, so it was a bit confusing to figure out which way to go from the staircase.

The price of this apartment is fair. I recommend it.

Positiv: Close to the metro station and the city centre. There is 3 room. Easy to enter, no need any keys. The apartment is mainly renovated, the kitchen is well equipped.

Negativ: Only the toilet wasn't renovated, I think the fan is not working properly in it

Positiv: Very nice apartment near Stadthalle and not to far from Schönbrunn. Great for a family or group of friends.

Negativ: If you need to open the windows during the night, you should be prepared, that it can be noisy out there.
