Vienna City Home Apartment - near Metro station

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr schön und super gelegen unser Urlaub war einfach schön 🥰

Negativ: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn an der Eingangstür auch eine Gardine oder ein Vorhang gewesen wäre. Dies ist aber kein Punkt um nicht nocheinmal zu kommen.

I will definitely consider this apartment when planning my next visit to Vienna.

Positiv: First of all, the location is great. Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes away. Grocery stores are very close by. The apartment is spacious, warm, and quiet. The kitchen has enough cooking utensils. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The staff was very helpful.

Negativ: Quite a specific, cramped lift (this cannot be improved). Very slippery bathtub. It would be useful to add small items such as additional bin bags, kitchen cloths and floor cloths to the equipment.

Positiv: Everything was perfect, polite hosts, nice apartment, kitchen is big and has everything for longer stay. Sleeping was nice, beds are comfortable. It is quiet place and with nice connection to the city center.

Negativ: Everything was good.

Positiv: The location was excellent — the metro station is just a few steps away, so we didn’t need our car at all during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back.

Positiv: The place was clean, really accessible and with an easy self-check-in procedure

Good location, excellent value

Positiv: It is very close to the subway, you can get to the center with ease. It is also easily reachable from the airport, it took around 1 hour including finding out where to go and also buying tickets. It's clean and well equipped for longer stays, there are no loud neighbours to disturb your sleep.

Positiv: So close to metro, trams and transport network. Excellent small supermarket on the corner, also bank and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Heating luxurious. Soundproof. Fantastic washing machine.

Negativ: More equipment in kitchen eg scissors, bin liners, .tea towels, dish cloth. Cleaning very spotty, floor gritty. Freezer needs defrosting. We would have liked to put garbage out but no bags or instructions.

Great location

Positiv: Location is very close to subway, tram, groceries, banks and halal restaurants. Although small, there is a lift.

Negativ: There is a transparent window panel that can see through from outside the unit to the bathroom and toilet area.

Great place to stay if you want to visit all the wonderful places in Vienna on a shoe-string!

Positiv: The apartment was in a convenient location, close to the Schweglerstrasse metro station (U3) and a Spa supermarket that sells organic food. It was very clean with all the utensils needed for food preparation. There were no noisy neighbours!

Negativ: There were insufficient receptacles for recycling waste, including for glass, plastic bottles and food waste. There is no ventilation in the toilet. Plumper pillows would have been nice!

Vacanza di due coppie a Vienna

Positiv: La struttura era piccola ma pulita. La cosa migliore è la posizione a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro Schwenglerstrasse della linea U3 la più comoda per visitare il centro di Vienna. Subito a pochi passi ci sono due supermercati. Per visitare Vienna e’ perfetto.

Negativ: Vistele giornate fredde non è stata una buona cosa che due termosifoni non funzionassero anche perché uno era in una camera. Consiglio inoltre di prendere un armadio da depositare le valigie e gli abiti. Altra cosa qualche oggetto in cucina in più ( tipo ciotola per l’insalata un po’ di zucchero e magari una bottiglietta di olio.
