Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, royal eingerichtet. Von Kaffee, Tee über Duschgel war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Umgebung sowie ein sehr köstlicher türkischer Feinkostladen. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden!
Negativ: Die Heizkörper konnten nicht einzeln gesteuert werden.

Die Aufenthalt war in Royal Delux sehr komfortable und praktisch. Farbenfrohe Einrichtung macht tolle Stimmung. Wir habe
Positiv: Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes, hochwertiges Apartment in zentraler Lage!
Positiv: Das Apartment ist wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, sogar Toiletteartikel sind vorhanden, sollte man etwas vergessen haben. Parken vorm Haus war auch möglich, natürlich wie überall in Wien zahlungspflichtig. Mit Handyparken kein Problem. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn gleich um´s Eck! Check-In sehr einfach! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Negativ: Die Lage, obwohl verkehrstechnisch gut, ist nicht gerade die beste Wohngegend und das Haus in dem sich das nagelneue Apartment befindet, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hält uns aber nicht davon ab, wieder zu kommen!

Positiv: The apartment was clean and tidy, very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need down to the smallest details. It’s just a very short walk to the metro, which takes you directly to the city center. A pleasant place to stay.🙂

I treasure in Vienna
Positiv: Quite close to the city center, it was perfect for my family. Absloutely clear, modern and well-equipped. Comfortable bed, rooms were big enough. Te nearby was quite, nothing disturbed us during the night. Free parking possibility was booked in a garage house of a mall/market.
Negativ: Parking possibility is quite far from the place, but in general it was not a big issue. We coulnd't find how to mirror the screen (broadcast) from mobile phone to the TV.

Clean appartment close to the center!
Positiv: The apartment was spotless clean with all the necessary amenities for a group of 5 people that like to cook and have meals in the apartment. It’s 3min walk from the U-bahn station and about 10min walk from the tram. Within 15min ride from the center and all touristic attractions. It has air-conditioning in the living room and fans in the rooms for hot weather. Communication with the host was minimal but got all the necessary information.

Positiv: El departamento está impecable, muy bien mantenido. Muy cómodo y limpio, con todos los accesorios requeridos: horno, microondas, refrigeradora, cocina, cafetera, todo parecía nuevo. El dueño fue muy amable en dejarnos una botella de champagne y chocolates para recibir el nuevo año. Nos gustó mucho ese detalle.
Negativ: Tener más de un baño, pues uno solo resulta incómodo para 5 personas. Sin embargo eso es difícil de satisfacer en Europa. La ubicación no era céntrica, la zona no era tan bonita, pero estaba cerquísima de la estación de metro, con lo cual uno se podía desplazar fácil y rápido a cualquier sitio.

Very enjoyable stay in the apartment and would we certainly stay here again.
Positiv: Lovely apartment with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped and had coffee and tea. The main room had AC which helped as it was very hot. It was easy to check in and the location is close to a metro line.
Negativ: It was very hot in the other rooms without AC. The area was okay, but there wasn't a great selection of restaurants except for Middle Eastern restaurants.
