Schöne Lage

Positiv: Zentral gelegen, ruhig, hell und freundlich, Straßen Bahn in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, gute Restaurants und Cafes

Negativ: Fernsehen war nicht angeschlossen, Haartrockner fehlte, Sofa fehlte, Haken im Badezimmer fehlen

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gross. Sehr bequeme Boxspringbetten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsenen und haben genügend Platz gehabt. Gegenüber ist ein Spar und eine Bäckerei. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Negativ: Nachteil: ca. 30 Min von Wien.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem schönen gemütlichen Stadtteil von Wien!

Positiv: Super schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. In dem Haus sind ausschließlich Ferienwohnungen. Unsere verfügte über eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick in den Innenhof b.z.w. Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Vista-Home war schnell und unkompliziert, allerdings in Englisch. Das Viertel Grinzing ist wirklich sehr hübsch und ruhig. Im Umkreis gibt es viele Restaurants und gegenüber ist gleich ein Supermarkt. Die Straßenbahnlinie, die in ca. 25 min direkt in die Innenstadt fährt, befindet sich ebenfalls direkt gegenüber.

Negativ: Die Stadt Wien hat leider alle Stadtteile zur Kurzparkzone erklärt. Es gibt in Grinzing eigentlich ausreichend Parkplätze, aber auch die kann man nur mit Hilfe einer App für 2 Stunden nutzen, für 2,50 €, die Stunde. Das gilt für Mo bis Frei von 9 bis 22 Uhr. Das nervt gewaltig! Man ist also auf ein Parkhaus angewiesen, das in Grinzing mit min 15,-€ am Tag zu Buche schlägt, Das sollte man in jedem Fall bei einem Besuch von Wien mit einkalkulieren!

Außergewöhnlich, Tolle Lage

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt direkt in Grinzing. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr sauber. Unkomplizierter check in. In der Nähe gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants sowie eine Bäckerei. Bus und Tram befinden sich auch gleich vor der Tür.

Positiv: The accommodation was excellent with goid facilities.

Negativ: Unfortunately on arrival, the code to enter the apartment did not work and I had to contact the property to gain access The response on that first evening was extremely quick, but unfortunately the next day it took about an hour before I was finally able to get in. The young man who came to fix it couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic, so that was all fine, but unfortunately there was also some kind of work being done outside at ridiculous hours - not the host's fault O know, but I got hardly any sleep on the last night as a result, leaving me with only a mediocre overall impression.

Positiv: Location, all mod cons, very spacious, photos dont do it justice. Staff very friendly that I encountered when onsite, easy self service check in, point of contact Ella easy to reach, very responsive. Great base in Vienna.

Negativ: Although apartment has automatic blinds, room quite bright in the morning. Small thing really. Other than that everything perfect.

Positiv: Great location! Great apartment! Very tidy and clean. The terrace was fantastic!

Negativ: Fridge was not closing properly so water was dripping from freezer down into the fridge making everything wet. There were no wiper for the shower so the floor stayed all wet after showering which we asked the host to provide without any luck. Also there was only one fairly small mirror inside the bedroom which was a bit limiting.
