Positiv: Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist im Prinzip sauber, nur ist eine Generalreinigung fällig. Willkommensgeschenke

Negativ: Stockbett war zu hoch. Toilettentür hätte komplett undurchsichtig sein können, geht aber.

Positiv: Fully equipped (washing machine, hairdryer, two towels per person, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, various cups and glasses, dishes, cutlery, napkins of all kinds, shower gel, shampoo). Extremely quick responses from the owner. Very detailed arrival instructions. Comfortable beds. Warm apartment (heated floors and radiators, with adjustable room temperature via thermostat). Large Billa supermarket nearby. Close to a bus stop for Schönbrunn. Close to a tram stop for the train station/Belvedere. Welcome champagne and chocolates. The double-decker bed is a fun feature. The owner asked in advance how we’d like the beds made (separately for everyone or together). Separate blankets for each guest.

Negativ: Weak Wi-Fi. Uncomfortable sink (either the shelf is too big, the sink is too deep, or both — water splashes onto the floor and feet while washing). Noise from neighbors and the entrance door to the building. Noise from the bathroom door (it’s just a glass partition).

Amazing apartment in a perfect spot!

Positiv: The apartment was located in a perfect lively area, with amazing people, food, coffee shops, markets and everything someone might need. Access to everywhere was easy by using public transport. The host is very helpful and the communication between each other was perfect. Access to the apartment was very easy and straight forward. The apartment was even bigger than we expected, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The internet access and TV was perfect. Really appreciated the welcome gifts (chocolates, wine e.t.c) that host left for us. I really recommend this apartment and looking forward to get back!

Comfortable stay overall, great host.

Positiv: Very responsive host. Helped a lot, was always online. Fast and efficient communication. Comfortable beds. Welcome gifts (sparkling wine and chocolates).

Negativ: Some things can be improved, a better cleaning would be appriciated.

Perfect Vienna stay

Positiv: The apartment was very easily accessible from the central train station and from the center of Vienna. The host was very responsive and very helpful, and everything in the apartment was perfect (very clean and comfortable). Would definitely recommend to anyone, and would stay here again for another Vienna trip.

Negativ: Everything was great! Even though it was quite hot during our stay, the air conditioner worked very well and we were very comfortable.

Positiv: The property was very well-equiped and clean. It looked exactly same as it is on the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. Alex was very pleasant host. Everytime we had questions he was ready to answer them soon. He had a champagne and some chocolates ready when we arrived at the property. Good option for a group of up to 4 people.

Negativ: Major problem was a transparent door of bathroom which was a bit uncomfortable. The neighborhood (Favoriten) where the property was located did not seem to be safe at night.

Comfortable stay for an economic trip.

Positiv: The apartment matches the description: towels were there, kitchen is small but fully equiped. Self check-in worked great. It was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Negativ: The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit noisy, you could hear it at night sometimes. The ladder to the upper bed may be too slippery for some people.

Excellent

Positiv: We enjoyed the apartment enourmously, we found everything that we needed and more. It was the best part of our trip, coming back to relax in such a cozy and lovely place. We had everything that we could of asked for, Alex really thought of everything. The beds were so comfortable and quite large. The kitchen well equipped, also coffe and tea. And I really appreciated the interest in our feedback and opinions, also the welcome gifts we loved.

Good for tourists

Positiv: Communication with host and helpfulness. He is very responsive and thinks by putting himself in the customers' shoes. He even arranged for a temporary AC as the weather was hot.

Negativ: Lack of microwave oven.
