Sehr zu empfehlen, würden wir jederzeit wieder nehmen.
Positiv: Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, trotz der Lage sehr ruhig. Fragen an den Gastgeber werden schnell beantwortet.
Negativ: Die Zahlen der Schlüsselbox für den Code sind schwer ablesbar. Für den Fernseher ist Netflix-oder Prime-Konto empfehlenswert. Das war's dann aber auch schon.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Positiv: Super Verkehrsanbindung, sehr ruhige Lage des Apartments, durchdachte Raumaufteilung, schnelle Reaktion des Gastgebers bei Problemen.

Geschmackvolles Apartment in guter Lage
Positiv: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche/Bad sehr schön. Balkon, Lage: mit der Linie 21, die alle 10 min fährt, in kürzester Zeit am Ring, Schwarzenbergplatz, Oper etc.
Negativ: Kein Kabel TV, nur Smart TV mit eigener Einwahl. Wer kein Netflix oder Amazon Prime hat, kann den Fernseher quasi nicht benutzen. Es war etwas dunkel auch bei schönstem Sonnenschein, da die Fenster zum schmalen Innenhof gehen. Vom Balkon aus ist der Blick auf den benachbarten begrünten Hof sehr schön.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war groß und sauber. Das Einchecken war total easy und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist total gut angebunden a die S-Bahn, so wie zwei Straßenbahnen, die alle paar Minuten fahren.

Excellent Apartment Near Everything You Need
Positiv: The apartment is very functional, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is adjustable. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need. The only things I would suggest adding are disposable slippers and a cloth for cleaning the floor. Everything else is perfect. The location is excellent just a 1-minute walk from Rennweg station. There are also two great supermarkets nearby, Lidl and Billa. The staff is very communicative, and you really feel at home. I highly recommend it.

Positiv: The apartment was very clean, equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom, and blackout curtains. I also liked that generally all the equipment was good and not crappy, such as proper hair dryer, washing machine and a heater for drying towels. Check-in and check-out was easy, fast responses and clear instructions. Location wise perfect because you get there directly by train from the airport and you could also walk until the city center or take one tram. Close by are all the shops you need but a bit further away is also a bigger shopping center Wien Mitte. I would go there again! :)
Negativ: The balcony was a nice addition and I love how it was so green and you could hear birds chirping in the morning but we ended up not using it so much as it was very close to the other balconies. Would’ve loved to have some bigger plant etc. to not feel so close to the neighboring balconies.

Everything you want and need
Positiv: The house had everything you would need for long or short stay. The location was great just a few stops away from centre and really spacious and airy with all the facilities you would need. Checkin was so easy. Great stay all round!
Negativ: Nothing!

Spacious, clean, and accessible apartment
Positiv: Spacious and nice place, well equipped kitchen (utensils and basics like salt, oil, coffee, tea) and bathroom, all working well, almost spotless and well prepared apartment, good communication. Rennweg station with trains to the airport around 5 minutes slow walk with huge luggage and trams to reach anywhere in the city even closer. The area felt safe. I can imagine a longer stay at this lovely place. Thank you.
Negativ: I would appreciate an additional blanket for winter nights (but you can regulate the thermostat yourself, so I admit we could have felt warmer if we did not have our inner ecological restraints). I would have evaluated the tidiness with the highest mark, if previous guests did not leave some hair in the bathroom shelf and some stains on two three pieces of dishes, which I had to rewash. But no serious issues for a person with rather high standards. Beside these, it was perfectly clean and comfortable in all aspects.
