Central brand-new apartment with a patio

Positiv: Lage ist gut. Sehr nahe an der Straßenbahn. Zimmer nach hinten, sehr ruhig.

Negativ: Aus der Gastherme tropft Wasser und aus dem Heizkörper im WC

Negativ: Serious problems with the heating system: it starts up every few minutes, the noise is very disturbing, and it is difficult to manage the heating in the apartment (The issue has been raised before, by those who came before) I didn't like the fact that the apartment is close to the neighbors across the hall, with no privacy.

Positiv: This is good quality place to stay, freshly renovated, not the cheapest materials, furnitures okay, comfortable bed, the kitchen was super, the bathroom incl the wasching machine is a plus point and the host is really doing her best, they really care about their guests and quickly reachable, very sweet and helpful. The pet fee also fair. They offered doggy bed, bowls.. so they've been correct at all. I totally recommend this place. Peacefully, lovely.

Negativ: the bathroom window need to get fixed because of the cold comes in - I've used towels to cover it - I've had no issues bc the towel heater balanced the cold

Positiv: The apartment looks exactly as on photos: cozy and lovely decorated. Bed was comfy. The coffee machine with capsules and choice of teas, oil if you needed it. The patio is also nice, unfortunately it was cold and I didn’t have a change to enjoy it. The location is good, direct access to both airport and Central station, not far from city centre. Overall I can definitely recommend the stay

Negativ: I would recommend to add instructions about heating usage, it’s not straightforward
