Ideal für unsere Zwecke: schlafen und dann raus in diese wunderschöne Stadt!
Positiv: Sehr saubere Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Altbau in top Lage zwischen Hbf und Innenstadt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Ausziehcouch kann nicht bemängelt werden.
Negativ: Die Straße (Autos, Tram und Menschen) war etwas laut, als Landei ist man das nicht gewöhnt. Am Bett gibt es keine Lampe und der Lichtschalter für das Deckenlicht ist weit entfernt. Im Wohnzimmer ist das Licht so schummrig, dass man am Tisch weder lesen, schreiben noch essen kann. Das ist wirklich schade, denn der Raum und auch die Deckenleuchten (!) sind sehr schön!

Positiv: Gute Erreichbarkeit bei zentraler Lage. Sehr ruhig, trotz Zimmer Richtung Rennweg. Gute Möglichkeit abzudunkeln bei Rollo + dicken Vorhängen. Geräumige Wohnung. Tolle Bettdecken mit Baumwolle. Duschgel und Haarshampoo vorhanden, sowie echt guter Föhn.
Negativ: Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, gerade wenn man wirklich kochen möchte. Obwohl es noch nicht Hochsommer war, war es bereits sehr warm. Allerdings gäbe es zwei Ventilatoren, die ich aber zwecks Lärm nicht genutzt habe. Licht zum Lesen abends äußerst schlecht.

Positiv: Sehr geräumlich und sauber, schönes Haus, Wohnung nett renoviert, gute Lage.
Negativ: War alles super, passende Kaffeekapseln zur Maschine wären das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen.

Spacious, clean apartment with excellent location
Positiv: Clean, fresh and spacious apartment with good amenities provided. The host was very helpful, responsive and provided detailed steps for check-in. We did check-in post-midnight and had no issues. Superb location with 3 minutes walk to Rennweg station and 5 minutes walk to Belvedere palace, Supermarkets within 1 minute walk. I did stay with 2 kids and had really good time.

Positiv: - amazing location, we walked to all major tourist spots by foot, had 20 min rides to the airport (at 4:40!!) and a 17-min walk to the central station. just amazing! - hosts very very quick at answering - apartment looks better and bigger in real life - washing machine is new, not the one in pics
Negativ: - floors could be cleaner, but everything else was amazing

I was there with my parents to visit vienna, the location was super super perfect the staff that i called were very help
Positiv: Very good design, very good location, helpful staff, totally recommended
Negativ: Everything was clean honestly but on some tables there was a bit of dust but nothing disturbing or big of a deal

Positiv: Comunicación fluida con los gestores del alojamiento desde el primer momento. Hubo un contratiempo a nuestra llegada y se esforzaron en resolverlo. Por otro lado, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de trenes y rodeado de supermercados, panaderías y cafeterías. El acceso al ring es fácil y a pié. El apartamento es amplio.
Negativ: Recomendaría instalar algún colgador para la ropa en el baño y más espacio para almacenar y colgar la ropa. También añadir algunos elementos más a la cocina como manteles y paños de cocina. Por último, echamos en falta algunas instrucciones para controlar la calefacción.
