Senator Flats - Paulus

Für uns hat alles gepasst und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sauber und man fühlte sich so wohl, wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben ohne Probleme vieles zu Fuß von dort aus erlaufen können, aber auch die U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind dicht bei.

Negativ: Wir können uns nicht beklagen.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Positiv: Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, man ist schnell im Zentrum. Die komplette Wohnung und die Terasse ist barrierefrei gestaltet und auch mit elektrischem Rollstuhl gut zu befahren. Die Gastgeber sind extrem nett, zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen. Gerade zu dem Preis bei der Lage eine absolute Empfehlung.

Negativ: Nichts

A place with a very good energy

Positiv: Very good location, very clean and completely equipped apartment! It was perfect for a family of 4! New appliances, comfortable mattresses, tv in each room, very nice terrace

Excellent appartement with excellent location

Positiv: Before my arrive, the host sent me an pdf explaining with images how could I access the appartement, where the locking dispositive was and all the rules regarding the appartement. As it didn't have any reception, I really enjoyed this kind of organization before the arrival.

Negativ: In all honesty, I felt a lot of suspicion upon first contact. The first message sent by the host (I received it both in the Booking messager and an email notification) was quite big and it contained 2 links to external sites, in one of which requested a lot of personal informations concerning my ID. That raised some flags for me, but after some research and some help from Booking, I realized that the information demanded was indeed mandatory and in accordance with what's required by the Government of Austria. So in the end the links were safe after all and I didn't have to worry.

Positiv: We really liked the patio, the location of the flat as well as big and well equiped kitchen.

Quality appartment

Positiv: Very nice appartment, with terrace in the garden. Very well equipped, with high quality home appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, even wc has a heated seat. :) A separate bedroom for parents. Possibility to park your car in garage for extra 15€/day. Our family appreciated the stay.

Negativ: No complaints at all.

Positiv: Very well-equipped and spacious apartment. You can spend a rainy day inside with a child if needed. A lot of supermarkets nearby.

Negativ: It wasn't very clean. There were hairs and small pieces of trash all over the floor, bread crumbs on the chairs, sticky spots on the table, etc. Also, I don't think textiles are suitable for furniture in a rented apartment. It's cosier but hard to maintain clean.

Quiet place, convenient location

Positiv: Quiet place on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard, close to shops and stations, kitchen equipped with everything you may need even for a longer stay.

Negativ: The mattresses are not firm enough to support your back, temperature could not be adjusted - felt a bit cold.

Great apartment, clean and spacious.

Positiv: Spacious apartment, great TV and great toilet seat.

Negativ: One of the beds was uncomfortable and squeaky. There were no coffee capsules.

It was great, thank you.

Positiv: The toilet is heated!! and the little terrace is so nice to spend time in.
