Positiv: Die Wohnungsausstattung entspricht den Fotos. Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Einige Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Ruhige Lage. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr gut erreichbar. Viele Lebensmittel-Geschäfte fußläufig.

Negativ: Kleine Probleme beim Einchecken mit dem elektronischen Code. Wurden aber schnell behoben. Teilweise könnten Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung erneuert werden. Internet zeitweise etwas schwach. Daher konnte man auch das Smart-TV nicht immer empfangen.

Positiv: Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung! Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Ich war hier sehr zufrieden. Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit! Kann die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder, einfach, ruhig, geräumig, Vermieterin gut erreichbar, gut angebunden, kleiner Balkon

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet,alles Erforderliche war vorhanden, ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Bequeme Betten und WC separat. CHECK IN hat reibungslos funktioniert.Da wir mit dem PKW in Wien waren, war der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr wichtig. Der Preis hierfür war sehr fair.

Negativ: Das einzige war die sehr instabile Internetverbindung. Anregung: Ein Rollo im Wohnzimmer wäre schön.

Positiv: Alles war fantastisch und das Einchecken super einfach. Der Balkon ist wunderbar. Meine Familie liebte es

It was an amazing experience!

Positiv: Very warm and bright space. Super comfortable location in the quite district yet close to the city center. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy every moment of your stay. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming!

Very Cozy and tiddy, very easy also to find location coz close with the public transport in Vienna.

Positiv: Easy to find and communicate with the owner/manager. The good things is also the lift facility is very helpfull for us.

Negativ: Just need a good power to push the front door

Positiv: Location - a lot of shops nearby, good transport (average for Vienna, but still). Big enough, coffee machine, all required consumables such as washing powder, spices, detergents. Except shower gel and toothpaste. I had mine.

Negativ: It is a bit noisy during weekdays. There is a kindergarden near the building, with playground right under the windows. The entrance door did not open according to the instructions. I had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in. The apartment door opened with a code. There were mechanical keys in the room itself, which I used thereafter. Bathroom requires renovating, or at least ceiling cleaning. Bathroom fan too. Some corners had dust. The carpet requires thorough cleaning.

Positiv: The location is perfect, and communication with the owner was easy and fast. The owner was helpful and was able to solve everything quickly if needed. We were able to get anywhere from our place of stay thanks to the excellent public transport in Vienna. We were really very satisfied.
