Positiv: Location, interesting building, clean, modern flat

Negativ: Basic facilities. Sofa not comfortable. Nowhere to sit in the kitchen area when guests were sleeping in the bedroom/living room area.

Positiv: The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is also quite good, you will be in city center in 10 minutes.

Negativ: A bit late check in and early check out.

All was fine, apartment was clean, spacious and well located.

Positiv: Apartment is walking distance from the center. 3 min walk from metro station Vienna Mitte and 8 min walk from tramway and the ring. Apartment was spacious and very clean, the heating during winter was working great. Good appartment to stay with family. There are nice restaurants in the same street and really nice bar with traditional Austrian food in the same building.

Positiv: Very close to Wien Mitte train station. Large living/bedroom. Spacious toilet and bathroom. Close to tourist attractions. Very quiet environment during our stay. Large fridge and freezer.

Negativ: 2nd floor without lift. But not too much of a problem if you have a light luggage. Kitchen is not well equipped with utensils. No bread toaster, but not really a problem.

Very nice apartment

Positiv: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very nice shower. Manager solved the issue with check-in mix-up on spot.

Negativ: Some might not like the stairs of the old building (in my group), but once you are in it is cosy. Lack of coffee pods, though the kitchen had most appliances.

Positiv: Posizione vicino al centro storico, ben servito da treno e mezzi pubblici. Appartamento pulito e ben riscaldato.
