Positiv: ....dass ich mein Gepäck vor der Checkin-Zeit in der Unterkunft deponieren konnte. Nespresso Maschine u Kaffekapseln waren vorhanden. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber ...... Sehr gute Lage mit perfekte Anbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel

Positiv: Appartment sauber, Einrichtung funktionell, Abwicklung unkompliziert und hochprofessionell

Negativ: Hab am Fernseher viele Sender aber kein ORF ( zwecks Fussball - we did it!) gefunden.... Nein, i..Ernst alles bestens

Perfekt :)

Positiv: Sehr ruhig aber zentral gelegen, alles super sauber und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung sieht richtig neu aus und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Bad ist auch schön und modern, alles sehr hell und insgesamt wurden meine Erwartungen komplett übertroffen.

Negativ: Wenn ich etwas finden müsste, das WLAN war manchmal etwas langsam

Super aber viele unnötige Smart-Funktionen

Positiv: Super Lage in der Nähe von Wien Mitte. Wohnungen sind neu, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Viele Handtücher und Kopfkissen vorhanden. Eingang mittels Türcode 24/7 sehr praktisch.

Negativ: Alles (Licht, Fenster, Heizung) ist mittels ein einziges \

Wer eine sehr zentrale Unterkunft sucht, die auch noch wunderschön ist, ist hier genau richtig!

Positiv: Es war alles Top! Ein wunderschönes Apartment mitten in der Stadt. Alles neu, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, super sauber und sehr komfortabel. Der erste Bezirk ist fußläufig erreichbar, es war alles perfekt!

Negativ: Nichts, es war alles perfekt!

Superb stay

Positiv: We like everything! The location and building to start with. But then, the inside looks completely new, it’s spotless clean and feels very comfortable to live in for a few days. Kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils. We travelled with a baby and cot and high chair were kindly provided.

Negativ: A few starts a the entrance of our block (I think there are two doors). O my saying this because we had a pram and it was a bit inconvenient.

Good place for the money Vienna offers

Positiv: The property is clean and neatly organized. There’s pretty much everything needed even though there’s not much space. Need to say that this is like a basement style home but I didn’t have any negative experience with it.

Negativ: The smart system is making decisions on its own sometimes, like randomly switching on the light.

Positiv: Well given it was a ground floor flat with train station nearby and construction, i have to admit i was really happy. Its well soundproofed, so you wont hear a thing. Its really nice and cozy, big bed, flat screen, good pillows and kitchen with all you need. And great shower!

Negativ: Call me and oldschool guy, but automating everything is not the way. Automatic light on toilet malfunctioned couple times and did not light, so its a bit incoveninent. But thats a minor thing. Other then that, just superb.

Comfortable for a short stay in Vienna

Positiv: Simple but comfortable studio on a relatively quiet street. Convenient location near Stadtpark and close to key transportation options. It was clean and well equipped.

Negativ: Our room was on the ground floor but even that ultimately wasn't much of an issue because our windows faced a side street with very little traffic.
