Positiv: Wir waren zu dritt und hatten zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Gut gelegen. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Nice apartment in Center🤩

Positiv: The apartment is in an excellent location – about a 20-minute walk to the city centre or just two metro stops away. The recommended garage is only a 4-minute walk from the apartment and, considering the location, the daily price of €29 is quite reasonable. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were three of us and each had our own bed. The only small suggestion would be to perhaps replace the mattresses or consider a slightly wider bed, but this does not take away from the fact that it is a very good apartment in a great location. The building also has an elevator, which was very important for me as I have a knee problem. The host is very kind, makes an effort to help with everything, and responds to messages quickly.

Positiv: Well connected apartment with everything you need for your stay! Spotlessly clean! Great for families and would definitely stay again! Host was extremely helpful and collected us from the station :)

Quiet, clean, comfortable and nice stay

Positiv: This place is very comfortable, and location is perfect.

Positiv: The apartment is clean and spacious, close the train station connecting to Vienna Central Staion and many attractions. Surrounded with coffee shops and restaurants. Perfect for our family. The host was welcoming and helpful.

In overall, I would stay there again! The ratio price/quality is decent and communication is good.

Positiv: The location is very good! Easy to get around and the apartment itself made us feel locals. The host was answering very quickly and she was super friendly (we even got the list with recommended places to visit).

Negativ: Air conditioning is missing (but it is forbidden to install it due to local laws). With open windows might be a bit noisy. None of the above I consider critical.

Appartamento molto bello e luminoso

Positiv: L'appartamento è molto bello, al primo piano in una zona tranquilla. Abbastanza centrale, 35 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 25 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Composto da due camere matrimoniali separate, un wc e un bagno con doccia e lavabo. Un bel soggiorno/cucina grande con divano letto. Soffitti molto alti, luminoso e pulito.

Negativ: Tutto bene. C'è stato un disguido con il proprietario, può capitare a chiunque non voglio fare polemiche, ma con due genitori anziani se ci avvisavano non aspettavamo 2 ore sotto la pioggia (bastava un messaggio). Non ci hanno avvisato che il check-in era ritardato rispetto all'orario da noi prenotato e confermato da loro al momento del pagamento.

Positiv: L' host molto accogliente e gentile. La casa molto bella e pulita, con tante cose che non aspettavamo tipo la piastra per i capelli oltre a shampoo bagno schiuma e tante altre cose. La posizione ottima per gli spostamenti, a 500 metri dal punto d'intersezione Landstrasse. In una camera non funzionano i termosifoni ma si stava bene lo stesso con le porte aperte, talmente calda tutta la casa che arriva fino alla camera. Nel complesso ci tornerei molto volentieri. Complimenti alla ragazza che ci ha portato le chiavi!
