Pleasant property in a very good location.

Positiv: The property is at ground floor, with easy access from the street. The building is within walking distance of major attractions, but also across the road from a station of the U4 line.

Negativ: The window does not open, so it lacks a bit of ventilation.

Lovely stay in Vienna

Positiv: Clean room, large bed, good air con, washing machine/dryer, super easy access to the room and flexible check in. Also check out is 11am which is lovely! Close to attractions too! Overall great stay

Negativ: Like others have mentioned there is no window that opens so if you cook the smell does linger, not a major problem for us!

Good Stay

Positiv: The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessities. I appreciate the mini kitchen that has all that are needed to cook simple meals and hot drinks. I appreciate the mini closet with hangers and well placed items in the bathroom such as towel rack, heating rack, soap dispensers, shelves in the shower stall, etc. The bathroom is spacious. The location is good close to grocery, train station and restaurants. There is a washing machine but we didnt use it. The apartment is clean and the common area also.

Negativ: The bed was uncomfortable especially the pillows that are flat. I used the additional towels that I requested to prop up my head. I will do a return stay if the bed and pillows are comfortable :)

Positiv: L'emplacement de l'appartement, au pied du métro et à proximité du marché. Appartement fonctionnel avec une kitchenette très bien équipée et un peu d'assaisonnement. Hôte très réactif.

Negativ: La literie n'était pas très confortable. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans l'appartement donc la lumière est artificielle et il n'y pas de ventilation autre que celle de la salle de bain.

Negativ: La mancanza di una finestra

Positiv: Great value for the time of year we went. Comfortable space. I dont really have much complaints as it was great price for the value and comfortable for a few night stay. Parking included. Great WiFi. Good hot shower.

Negativ: I probably overlooked it but parking is offsite and about a 10 minute walk so you have to drop off your bags first. Also to the owners please have car spot numbers labeled much bigger. there were detailed instructions but I couldn’t see the numbers and was confused as to if it was the correct parking spot. Everything worked out though.

Ubicación excelente y bien calidad precio

Positiv: Nos encantó la ubicación, la comunicación con el propietario, la accesibilidad, la limpieza y lo que incluía.

Negativ: La cama era incómoda, hacía mucho ruido y muy bajita y las almohadas muy muy finas y que no tenía ventana para ventilar.

Positiv: Amazing spot right by the Naschmarkt and the metro, so convenient. The apartment was charming and ideal for a few days, and the included parking plus pet-friendly policy were a huge bonus. I’d definitely return.

Negativ: We really enjoyed our stay overall, but the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. It wasn’t terrible, just something for the owner to consider. Also, a pair of kitchen scissors would be helpful.
