Positiv: Sehr schöne und voll ausgestattete Wohnung. Perfekt für 2 Personen. Top Lage nah an der Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Overall, we would definitely recommend apartment

Positiv: We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out. The apartment was warm and cozy, which was especially important for us. There was a coffee machine, stove, microwave, and everything needed to easily prepare breakfast. A big plus was the washing machine, drying rack, and ironing board — it was very convenient to wash clothes during the stay. The location is great: very close to the city center, about a 10–15 minute walk. There is also a Billa supermarket nearby, as well as public transport stops, which makes getting around very easy. The apartments are stylish, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Parking availability is another big advantage.

Negativ: The only downside is that the apartment is located on the ground floor, so there is not much privacy. Adding blinds or curtains would easily solve this issue and make the stay perfect.

Great room in great location near public transport to everywhere

Positiv: Very nicely laid out and enough room for us and the kids. The coffee machine and kitchen items were great. Beds very comfortable and I loved the shower after being out in the cold winter night.

Negativ: Could have used more coffee 😊

Negativ: For a smaller apartment had very good lay out, was very comfortable.

Positiv: Excelente estadia. Ótima localização, fácil acesso, confortável e com muita privacidade. As comodidades internas também foram maravilhosas. O sistema de aquecimento funcionou muito bem, o chuveiro proporcionou ótimos banhos, a máquina de lavar (com secadora) era bastante moderna e simples de usar. Além disso, o host foi muito gentil e respondia imediatamente às mensagens.

Negativ: Nenhum defeito.

Wspaniała miejscówka podczas zwiedzania Wiednia

Positiv: Byliśmy podczas dość chłodnego okresu i było w mieszaniu bardzo ciepło, dla nas aż za ciepło:) Bardzo czysto, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty były dostępne. Najwspanialsze rzecz dla nas to parking i możliwość podjechania autem pod samo mieszkanie i rozpakowanie walizek.

Positiv: דירה במצב חדש, קטנה ונעימה תקשורת טובה עם המארחים ברחוב שקט כ15-30 דקות הליכה מהמרכז. העיצוב היה לטעמנו, הדירה נקיה ולאחר שהבנו איך מעלים את הטמפ' בחדר היה ממש נעים וחמים. מקלחת מפנקת עם זרם טוב וחם. נעים ונוח למנוחה באמצע היום או בסופו. סהכ דירה ממש נעימה.

Negativ: פינת קפה היתה דלה, 4 שקיקי קפה וזהו. המגבות גוף היו דקות יחסית אבל פרקטיות. אחת לכל אחד ל4 לילות. הדירה בקומת קרקע, כך ששומעים את המתרחש ברחוב אבל חשוב לומר שהרחוב שקט, לפחות בחורף

Positiv: La casa è molto calda e accogliente. Era tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro che attraversa tutta Vienna.

Negativ: Metterei un tappeto fuori casa per quando piove per pulire i piedi.

Acceptabil.

Positiv: Locuinta confortabila si curata. Gazda amabila si dispusa sa te ajute cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Negativ: Lipsa intimitatii, este o camera mare cu 2 paturi duble. Dificultatea gasirii parcarii oferite de gazda. Pretul cam mare pentru locatia oferita.
