Positiv: tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß oder mit den Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das sichere Parkhaus war auch sehr praktisch

Negativ: Wir bevorzugen harte Matratzen. Schade, dass man das Fenster des Badezimmers nicht öffnen kann

Super Preis/Leistung

Positiv: CheckIn online sehr unkompliziert. Tolle ruhige Lage. Vermieter hat sich per Mail erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ausreichende Größe des Zimmers. Wir reisten mit 3 Kindern. Super Sauberkeit, außer Bettwäsche. Babybett war vorhanden. Trotzdem dass wir kein Personal trafen, alles sehr verständlich beschildert.

Negativ: Muffiger Geruch im Bad, jedoch behebbar. Einige Haare auf der Bettwäsche - Flecken am Bettzeug.

Positiv: Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen.

Positiv: It was modern furnished and clean. I like how big was the room for family of 4. The owner was very helpful and kind. Definitely great!

Cozy and comfortable

Positiv: It was very cozy and reasonably well equipped. Lots of small details to make life more comfortable. The location is fantastic. Air con was great and internet was fast. I'd definitely stay here again

Negativ: I wouldve liked a sharp knife for cutting bread and some coffee.

Positiv: Fantastic location, close to public transport, musea, restaurants, city center. Superclean studio appartment with all that you need for a short or even longer stay.

Negativ: Our appartment looked out on a courtyard, no sun and little light. But if you're out seeing sights all day that's no big problem.

Positiv: An apartment in a great location that is roomy, clean, and convenient for a good price. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly.

Negativ: Minor details. Slightly cold. Hot water pressure was low.

Positiv: Lovely apartment – cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the metro and very close to Mariahilfer Str., making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city.

Positiv: Nice location, comfortable and tidy apartments. Very clear instruction how to get there and enter to the building. We were pleased with everything.

Positiv: The apartment corresponds to the description, everything worked well, the only thing we were worried about was whether we would get the deposit back, but everything was duly returned.

Negativ: When specifying the address, it should be emphasized that it is not at the entrance where number 56 is marked, but that the entrance to the apartment itself is some 50 meters from entrance 56, that was very stressful because we (as well as one lady who stayed in the apartment next to us) thought that the accommodation is a scam. But it wasn't and everything was ok, but the stress at that moment of arrival was quite high.
