Positiv: Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet.

Negativ: Im Bad gab es keinen einzigen Haken für Handtücher. Nachttische wären auch schön gewesen.

Positiv: The appartment had all the necessary appliances and more. Very convenient for part or all of a long stay.

Negativ: Bed was squeaky and some of the other furniture and cutlery/crockery were poor quality.

Great place for a short city break

Positiv: Great location in my favourite part of Vienna, close to Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt, shops and public transport around the corner. Easy to communicate with the owner who let us check-in very early which I appreciated very much. Precise instructions to check in. The flat is a studio with all the facilities, quiet and well furnished. Would recommend it to friends and would stay again.

Negativ: Terribly saggy pillows. :-(

Positiv: L’appartamento era molto carino ed era dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto buona anche la pulizia. La struttura è vicinissima alla strada principale dove passano i tram e a 5 min a piedi da una stazione per l’acquisto dei biglietti.

Negativ: Unica pecca il letto, cigolava tantissimo ad ogni minimo movimento.

Positiv: Очень удобная для недельного пребывания квартира, хорошо оборудованная и укомплектованная кухня. Все работало! Довольно тихая улица. Блестящее местоположение. В 60 метрах остановка трамвая 2. Это была находка! За 15 минут мы доезжали до Музейного квартала и оперы. Метро вообще почти не пользовались. Главное преимущество: едешь по красивым кварталам и рассматриваешь фасады отличных домов- а не в метро в темноте упираешься взглядом в черные стенки тоннелей. В 40 метрах от подъезда магазин Лидл. В нем очень приличный ассортимент. Душ и фен в ванне работали отлично. Так что поездка удалась. Спасибо Booking.com

Great apartment! Lot's of nice places to eat and drink nearby. Good public transport connection.

Positiv: The apartment felt just like home and the neighbourhood is really awesome. Seems like there's a lot of people from different cultures living in this area and this gave a chance to experience some exotic and delicious things for a very cheap price in the market street and Yppenplatz.

Negativ: The apartment doesn't have a comfortable place to work. Not necessarily a bad thing but just keep that in mind. Pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed a bit squeaky but nothing unbearable. Also in the summer it's probably a good idea to bring earplugs if you are disturbed by noise because people are hanging out on the street at night and you can hear it very well when the window is open.

Negativ: Просьба заменить матрац. Скрипит ужасно, Просыпаешься постоянно всю ночь.
