Gemütliche Wohnung nur 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum

Positiv: Die Lage war toll. Schön groß. Unkompliziert im Ablauf. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Negativ: Ja, vom Stiegenhaus darf man sich nicht irritieren lassen. :-) Die Duschköpfe könnte man mal wieder entkalken, besonders die große.

Positiv: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben auf Nachfragen schnell reagiert. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt 😄.

Schöne Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe

Positiv: gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gut angebunden an die Öffis, Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, Vermieter sehr freundlich

Negativ: Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein

Perfekte Lage, saubere und schön eingerichtet Wohnung, top Gastgeber!

Positiv: Die Lage war super, 2 Minuten zu Fuß, gab es eine Bushaltestelle, ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß eine U-Bahn Haltestelle. Also die Anbindung war perfekt und man was super schnell im Stadtzentrum. Zahlreiche Supermärkte gab es auch Fußläufig und ebenfalls Restaurants. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen tollen Guide zur Wohnung und Tipps geschickt. Waren immer erreichbar und super nett.

Super, sehr zu empfehlen

Positiv: Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, schnelle, reibungslose Kommunikation. Die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, zum wohlfühlen. Die Innenstadt in Kürze erreichbar, die Ubahn in der Nähe.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Wien Aufenthalt

Positiv: Es war super schön eingerichtet , sauber und sehr gemütlich.

Positiv: Schöne neu renovierte Wohnung.im 2. Stock Sehr sauber. Gute Lage. Sehr ruhig dor.t nett eingerichtet

Negativ: Das Haus, also der Gang und Innenhof muss dringend renoviert werden. Keine Klima Anlage. Das könnte bei länger Hitze unangenehm werden weil Fenster im Süden. Kleider zum Sachen aufhängen wäre gut. Würde aber sicher wieder hin fahren.

Positiv: We needed an apartment for a short stay for four people and the most important things for us were location and cleanliness, and we got both plus some extras: friendly hosts, easy check-in procedure, small but stylish and practical apartment, and an interesting neighborhood.

Very pleasant stay

Positiv: The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Every facility, toiletry and utensil were well planned of and available on the spot. Coffee, tea and cooking oil were in our disposal, although hosts were not obliged to provide it to us. Hosts are very friendly and give us all the necessary information. Location is great. 12 minutes of very comfortable walk through nice and safe district to metro station and Central railway station. We really liked the apartment! Great value for money.

Negativ: I cannot say anything bad about the apartment, as it is excellently renovated, but the house is old inside. We checked in late in the evening, and there was no light in the entrance hall, which was frightening. But no hosts' fault... Also, we got to the second floor according to Latvian system of floor counting and found no apartment. Then we understood we have to ascend one storey above in order to get to the second floor according to Austrian system. Again, no hosts' fault, but it is worthwhile to warn other travellers so that they took into account this nuance.

Positiv: Reasonable price for good place to stay. Got all you need even with 2 kids. Close to Hauptbahnhof and close (7 min walk) to metro station. Bathroom was really comfortable and useful.

Negativ: The ambient lightning was flickering. Initially had some difficulties with the heating since the kettle was set only for hot water and not to heating so some documentation reading was needed in order to turn it on.
